We went here yesterday. I ordered through the app and then went through the drive thru. Everything we received was correct and hot items were hot. Only complaint is the drive thru speaker is being held on by a bungee cord lol.

Their app is the worst. Every time I try to order, I end up having to come and get the manager to fix it so I can get my offer. Whoever made this app is completely incompetent. They shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a computer.

My most recent dine-in experience was disappointing due to a lack of cleanliness and poor service. The dining area was unkempt, with garbage overflowing from the bins and trash left on several tables, which created an unsanitary and unappealing environment. Additionally, the staff was not very pleasant. Unfortunately, these issues have made me hesitant to return to this location.

The entire experience was abysmal from the moment we walked in. It took a few minutes to order because the cashier and the manager were too busy talking about something. When we did finally get to order, it seemed like an inconvenience more than anything else. Received our cup to get a drink, and the drink machines at Wendy's are always a challenge, but this one was particularly difficult to use and took forever. Oh, and it wouldn't produce any ice for the drink. Ketchup dispenser wasn't in service but luckily we got the last 2 packages that were put out. Then it was trying to find a table that was clean (we didn't find one) but I understand. After all, the 14 people working in the back were again too busy charting to actually put any effort into too much other work, like cooking, serving and cleaning. All in all, at least the food was adequate, but not enough to ever drag us back here again. Word of advice; just bowl it down and start from scratch, or hire someone that actually knows what they're doing. 😉

This location is wonderful. All the staff and ALL the managers go above and beyond period. I had the privilege to work with these people for years. Safest fast food you can get honestly!
The girl working as a manager was awesome. She offered me 2 for 4 which was absolutely good deal

Was ok. Went inside because the drive thru was busy. Big mistake, inside service was very slow. I watched the cars i would have lined up behind and many more leave begotten i even ordered. There was only 1 person inferring of me in store. The food was good, and the order was correct. Used a coupon and saved quite a bit.

Yes management is a big problem there they lack any form of anything cuz theu dont care. Not all the managers but most there are a couple good ones but the rest ya no thanks awful place

Looking for frustration and a couple trips back until you get your order correct? This is the place for you then! Employees need some serious training and supervision. Nothing is right from this place, they lack basic reading skills. No idea how to make an item from the menu. The only thing consistent from this establishment is repeated failure.
Will never go back again. If you read this far then you've been warned! Wish there was a 0 to rate, 1 star seems too generous.
