Jesse greeted us at the counter and took our order efficiently adding some light banter. He was pleasant and welcoming and even brought our food to the table. He added to our experience moving this Wendy's to a top choice while shopping in Kingston.

Went in while traveling as its our usual stop for dinner. We are traveling with a person who is celiac so we asked about gluten free options, was told there were none even though online states there are options. I asked to speak with the manager who directed me to the nutrition board and walked away. I asked to see the ingredients for the burgers because we would have been good with a lettuce wrapped burger. But the manager insisted that nothing was gluten free and crumbs could get onto it. So instead of taking a few seconds, washing their hands and cleaning a station they said no. We took our order that we had purchased and went to another restaurant. We won't be back to this specific wendys until our student who is celiac has returned home, and even then we won't make it a point to stop there.

I would like to share my experience at Wendy’s. I rated the food as good, but the employee responsible for taking orders on the mic and handing them out was extremely unprofessional. She is blonde, and her attitude was very rude. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Wendy’s would hire someone like this.

When I politely asked for mayonnaise, she threw it at me instead of handing it properly. I also called her several times, but she completely ignored me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I truly hope Wendy’s management reviews the cameras to verify my experience and takes proper action.

I am a truck driver. I walk in at 10:45 pm, they told me to go to drive thru window to get serve. Once there they refuse to serve me because I am not in the car. The see my truck and say sorry we have rule to follow. Its ok my A&W burger was very good btw. Done with me Wendy's if its your policies. Other bran accept trucker at window without being lie from telling me go outside we will serve you.

Why is no star not an option because if i could i would give ZERO STARS ordering in a french/english speaking country should NOT be that hard! Our entire order was wrong and having to repeat the order several times was super annoying then the order is wrong , won't be going back there

Stopped here and grabbed four spicy chicken wraps (only thing I ate all day today on my drive from Montreal to London), chicken was undercooked in my wraps, noticed it was barely half cooked on my third wrap, now have food poisoning.
Unacceptable.
