There was a staff infront of me in line waiting to buy food for her lunch break I assume. The woman who took her order was extremely rude (grey ponytail)and short tempered with her, and passive aggressive with a customer who didn’t get her fries with her order. The food was good, but I did not appreciate how she treated the people around her.

Tried Wendy’s again on the drive through, got a drink with 3/4 full of ice and a Thai classic chicken sandwich, they must think no one will return or complain about the skimping, don’t recommend this Wendy’s anymore for drive through here’s a pick of my sandwich,3 tiny pickles and a blade of lettuce, nowhere near the photo they advertise........pathetic!!!!

Jesse greeted us at the counter and took our order efficiently adding some light banter. He was pleasant and welcoming and even brought our food to the table. He added to our experience moving this Wendy's to a top choice while shopping in Kingston.

Went in while traveling as its our usual stop for dinner. We are traveling with a person who is celiac so we asked about gluten free options, was told there were none even though online states there are options. I asked to speak with the manager who directed me to the nutrition board and walked away. I asked to see the ingredients for the burgers because we would have been good with a lettuce wrapped burger. But the manager insisted that nothing was gluten free and crumbs could get onto it. So instead of taking a few seconds, washing their hands and cleaning a station they said no. We took our order that we had purchased and went to another restaurant. We won't be back to this specific wendys until our student who is celiac has returned home, and even then we won't make it a point to stop there.
