They always have fresh food and are quick. Some selections are expensive for what they are, the location doesn't control that though.

I went through the drive-thru today and ordered a three-piece chicken strip combo with a large chilli and a son of a baconator. I received chicken nuggets, a fry, and a small chili. I’m not sure if they gave me someone else’s order or if the workers are just incompetent. I am severely disappointed with the service and would recommend the other Wendy’s locations in Kingston.

Wendy’s, this location especially has always been one place I could count on to get my order right and freshly cooked. I’m not sure what has changed but that doesn’t seem to be the case any more. I live five minutes from the restaurant and everything is always warm still when I get home. Lately, everything is stone cold like it’s been sitting around for a while.

This store, or Wendy's, is struggling. The Caesar side side new standard is two nickel sized pieces of bacon and less than a half ounce of parmigiano. Standard is new this week because the same side salad was better just a week, a month and years ago.
Manager at the location says this is the standard amount of bacon and cheese on a Caesar side salad, because of the lower price.
Silly manager, I understand ratios, and I'm not paying Caesar side salad prices for just lettuce.
I felt ripped off but I feel deliberately cheated of my money after speaking with the manager.
Regular customer, but very easily won't be back. Keep your new food standards.
