This store, or Wendy's, is struggling. The Caesar side side new standard is two nickel sized pieces of bacon and less than a half ounce of parmigiano. Standard is new this week because the same side salad was better just a week, a month and years ago.
Manager at the location says this is the standard amount of bacon and cheese on a Caesar side salad, because of the lower price.
Silly manager, I understand ratios, and I'm not paying Caesar side salad prices for just lettuce.
I felt ripped off but I feel deliberately cheated of my money after speaking with the manager.
Regular customer, but very easily won't be back. Keep your new food standards.

3rd time in a row. Stood in line for 10 minutes before I was even greeted (only one person ahead of me) and then another 10 minutes to get out food. This is the worst Wendy's in the city.

I was the only person at the drive-thru and they took forever. Normally I'm fine waiting as I understand things can be busy but this was ridiculous. It was 11:00 at night and there was nobody but me ordering. Not only that but when I finally got the food the guy practically shoved it through the window and didn't even say sorry for the wait.To make matters worse, The guy waiting to put the order together wiped his nose with his fingers and did not wash his hands, And neither one of them was wearing hair net. After seeing that I decided I wasn't going to be eating the food anyway, since I would rather have snot-free food. I didn't really want to say anything at the window but when I got to my house and threw out the chicken tenders they were cold, So I broke them open and they were not even cooked on the inside! How is it that they took so long and yet rushed the cooking process? I will never be eating here again, health code violations all over the place and absolutely disgusting customer service and food.

I normally do takeout through the drive-thru. However, I have eaten inside and it's very clean. What I like most about Wendy's is just about everything! Their chilly is just like homemade, I love it! And the burgers are always so good and so are their baked potatoes! If you're a senior, you'll get your drinks for free (not in a combo), which is great for when I pick up food for Mom!

Friendly staff and fast service during the day, but at night expect rude employees with poor quality
Prioritize uber eats and delivery services over customers who actually go out of there way to come in. Don’t have the staff to keep up with deliveries, drive thru and dine in. So dine in sits and waits for an hour Won’t be coming back
