Since Chuck's came to Kingsville, they has been our "go to" restaurant. Awesome food and great service. But not last night. The food was excellent, as usual. But the service was NOT. We were seated, as usual. The waitress took our order, as usual. She brought our food, as usual. But then we were forgotten. No "Can I get you anything else?" or "How is your meal?" or "Would you like a coffee refill?" We had to wave her over when we were ready for the bill. No offer of dessert....read full review

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill has a good location and serves good food. The restaurant can be noisy and a bit cold, but the service is attentive. The rib dinner is highly recommended, with the best rib sauce. The chicken is also good and an amazing value for money. Servers are sweet and ensure customers are happy. The restaurant is busy, with a warm atmosphere, and is open late.
