“Excellent espresso. Okay, 5 star is typically reserved for only a handful of the very best, but this is truly 4 - 4.5 star coffee. A touch light on the start, but the body builds as you work your way through the shot, & it doesn't get cloudy or muddy, instead various flavours unfold to a long sweet finish. A bit more acidity would be a personal preference. A great surprise while driving through town. Worth the detour.“
