I love their burrito! They even can cater to vegetarians! Went there with a vegetarian friend a week ago. I called before we went there to ask about their burrito and would there be enough choices to make it ok for vegetarians too? They were so helpful and named off every other non meat idea of sauces and beans they had. My friend raved at this bean choice that I can't remember the name of, we both ate our whole big buttito. My 2nd time there.

Ordered food over 120$ for delivery, wrong 10$ order arrived, store said there's nothing they could do as the driver grabbed the wrong order. Told me I had to complain to doordash and doordash denied my claim for refund. Beyond angry

I used to love this place when it first opened, but it has seriously gone down the drain. The last 4 times I went, they didn’t have the ingredients for what I wanted. Sometimes they don’t tell you they are missing the ingredient and replace it with something else or nothing at all… eg: loaded fries or whatever it’s called. One time they were missing green onion, so they put red onion 🤮and another time I ordered online, all I got was the fries shredded cheese and tomato. When I called they said they didn’t have the meat, queso or green onions 🙄. So I paid full price and got half of it… The staff just don’t care anymore and it clearly shows in their attitude. I will never go back there again… unfortunately

we came here last night at 8:40 when the store hours say they close at 9:00, open sign was not on and there was absolutely nobody in there. we came back today at 2:45 and as we were looking the menu the woman says “I actually can’t serve you right now as my grill isn’t working.” so i asked her if she could still serve us fries or any of the sides / desserts and she says no. so why are you even open if you aren’t serving ANYTHING?

Tried to go in on two different occasions and the first time, they were closed 20 minutes before actual stated closing time, and second because “their grills aren’t working properly” they couldn’t serve us absolutely anything apparently. Waste of a space in the mall, new chain please lol
I can’t believe that, for the first time in 10 years, I’ve been discriminated against… Apparently, my English wasn’t good enough for these two women to treat me this way. It was the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time, with constant looks of disdain and eye-rolling. At the same time, they were speaking in Punjabi, making comments about me and laughing together.
It seems I can’t even order a burrito without rice because, according to their remarks, that’s “unpleasant.” This isn’t the first time something like this has happened, but now I have to be mindful of who’s working during a shift because those two women are the worst.
I clearly specified that I didn’t want anything spicy, but they added so much spice that the burrito was essentially just extremely hot chili with meat. I’m definitely not coming back to this location unless I see some changes.
The bathrooms were disgusting. They smelled horrible, and the floors and tables were equally filthy—practically unsanitary.
It’s quite sad to see that what Canada was 10 years ago is changing, and not for the better. It seems young people no longer understand kindness or take pride in their work.
BarBurrito used to be a place known for friendly customer service and excellent food quality. Honestly, with everything I’ve been experiencing in recent weeks, it feels like that is gone.

Great place to stop in with the Family for a bite. The staff are always friendly and the restaurant has lots of seating which is awesome. I would definitely recommend the Extreme fries or they’re new BBox meal deal if you want it all!
