I went to the Encore club garage sale for the first time today and it was pretty cool !! I found some great dvds and a toy truck for my grandson. They had lots of items to look through .Very interested to go back again to look some more .

Relaxing atmosphere where seniors can gather to enjoy a meal or to just chit chat. Food is homemade and worth the price. Staff is friendly and the food is served quite quickly.lots of parking there to.special events celebrating the holidays.
Wheelchair accessibility: Back entrance has boardwalk to the entrance doors, lots of room for wheelchairs or walkers to come in.bathrooms available before going into dining room.it’s worth the trip to the encore club to meet up with friends and family.

We have gone for breakfast a number of times, I want to go for lunch sometime because everything coming out looks really good but the timing hasn't been right.I have enjoyed the meals, and I love the small town comfort feeling. Folks are in and out, talking about small town stuff, people are friendly and the staff (volunteers) are lovely.I love this little gem❤️

I didn’t know they served breakfast for a really long time which I won’t lie sucked so much . However when I found out I went and the prices were perfect , the amount was perfect , the cooks are so friendly and make u laugh, the food was so so good and the coffee was perfect . I can honestly say I went back about 3 days later for breakfast again. I do want to try their lunches, I am actually waiting till 9 am right now to take my daughter for breakfast there this morning. U will really enjoy it , and the atmosphere is very inviting everyone is smiling and saying hello … Definitely one of the best places to eat in Kirkland . Try it u won’t regret it

Enjoyed tasty homemade pie, french fries peeled, cut and cooked daily, hamburger patties freshly made by the cook. No store-bought frozen patties. Bologna sliced like in a deli. Amazing in this fast-food world! The only canteen/restaurant open in the whole town. My family goes there once a week as they choose a liking of the daily special for ex. $10.50 for a "huge" plate of lasagna and garlic bread. All specials $10.50. Wow!
Aside from McDonald's and Tim Hortons, there isn't any other place to go to get breakfast in Kirkland Lake during the week, so this place has that going for it.The ordering works a bit differently than you might expect. You go the kitchen window where you order and pay and they bring it to your table.The staff were friendly and courteous and the food was good and reasonably priced. They had a bit of a mix up on my wife's order (it happens), but when we mentioned it they were very apologetic and fixed it immediately. Very satisfactory.
