We dined in at The Feds and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever encountered. It started okay—our server took our drink order promptly, and that part went smoothly. But after that, things went downhill. We waited around 15 minutes before anyone took our main order, and once the food arrived (about 20 minutes later), we were not even given cutlery until we had to ask for it.
Throughout the meal, parts of our order were missing, and it took ages to get any follow-up. We informed our waitress about the missing items, but as soon as she walked away, she seemed to completely forget. No one checked in on us, and we felt ignored most of the time.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was inattentive, disorganized, and lacked even the basics. Definitely not the dinner we were hoping for.

I ate there May 17 and ordered the fish and chips. when I received the meal it looked fantastic but the fish was cold and uncooked in the middle. It was disgusting. I complained and the waitress told me they tried to deep fry the fish frozen .... seriously !!!!what kind of cooks do you have there ? Also its expensive, we paid 18.50 for a burger and there wasnt even any fries with it. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone nor will I ever eat there again
Terrible food... the worst Chicken Parmigiana I have ever tried. It was supposed to be an Alfredo sauce (which didn't taste anything like Alfredo) instead of Tomato, not sure why, but nevertheless, it was absolutely bland. It was truly the worst I have ever tried. Soggy fries and the list goes on. The prices, however, are high, which doesn't match the quality of the food in any capacity.
No one has said at any point that American cheddar on the garlic bread is extra. It's not about $1.50, but any upcharge should be communicated upfront and not just casually snuck into the bill.
Definitely won't be coming back.
This place is so great

The beers are really good—especially the Underground Cream, which is top-notch. The service could use some improvement though; it’s easy to sit with an empty glass for 15 minutes, even when the place is less than a quarter full. As for the food, anything with an American-sounding name is usually great, but steer clear of anything that sounds Italian. The “pesto” pasta, for example, is actually a rosé sauce loaded with melted American cheddar—not even close to real pesto.

Delicious food and very good service and nice atmosphere, we were sitting near the vintage gas stove was marvelous. Shrimp were excellent, chicken, chicken parmesan, fish & chips, cake, the dips, pickled Ceasars. Will definitely be back next time we're in town!

Food is not consistent there. Some days it could be great others it could be not. Service is slower than usual. It was okay, nothing special about it, tho.
What a hidden gem. Excellent food and great service.
