VERY inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get half a mcflurry and sometimes you'll get a full one. Sometimes old food, sometimes fresh. It's never consistent. I can't blame the workers for it though, they get paid nothing to put up with rude customers all day. That'll burn anyone out.

Absolutely poor customer service, incompetance, lack of quality and care in what they do, understaffed. Went at around 430am because tims is shut down, took 20mins overall, waited 5mins to be acknowledged at the order box, had to repeat myself and was cut off before finishing my order because he didnt want to wait for me to finish ordering, a few more mins to get to the window, watched him slowly make 4 coffees, 2 were wrong and when called out on it still insisted it was correct (it wasnt), waited almost 15mins for a simple bacon and egg bagel and a hashbrown. And even after repeating twice to add light mayo, none on my bagel. And the response...go to the other tims then
Add more staff, people who actually have good customer service, motivated to do the job correctly and efficiently.

Long wait time and especially during night they say system is updating, comeback after 15 mins and then even after 20-30 mins they still don’t take the order. Poor customer service.

I don't normally go to places like this and for 2 quarter pound burgers and a big mac was $26 🤯 price gouging big time! And they couldn't even build a big mac! Missing patty nothing in between!? Was on the road so didn't go back definitely won't be going to mcdonald's again! Time for micky D to show appreciation to the people by giving half off prices! Especially the cost of food shame on you mcdonald's

This has to be the darkest McDonald’s that I’ve ever sat in. They’ve changed it and now there’s no windows at the front. Haven’t been there in 20 years. Don’t know why they did a renovation this way.

This McDonald’s always says their hiring but don’t hire anyone new and the wait time is always like 5-10 minutes sometimes even longer. I waited 20 minutes for two quarter pounders the other day. And their service is garbage lol.

First (and probably only) time at this McDonald's. Ordered a Mcflurry and a Mocha. They gave me the wrong kind of Mcflurry but replaced it when I caught the mistake. They struggled hard with the Mocha. It took them at least 5 minutes for them to finally give me a room temperature burnt coffee with milk. Still got charged the $5 for the "Mocha". They also didn't give me the receipt. Shift supervisor made my "Mocha", if I wanted burnt coffee I would have made it at home.
