This place keeps getting worse and worse. Barley anyone there can understand English and always always mess up your orders. Not to mention they state store access open untill 12 when it's closed at 10 everyday. Foods always cold and been sitting forever even when you asked them to make it fresh. The service is also horrible everytime I go in my foods made in 1-2 minutes as I'm literally staring at it and they take 5-10 minutes to package it because they sit there and talk to eachother. Unreal!!!!

VERY inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get half a mcflurry and sometimes you'll get a full one. Sometimes old food, sometimes fresh. It's never consistent. I can't blame the workers for it though, they get paid nothing to put up with rude customers all day. That'll burn anyone out.

Absolutely poor customer service, incompetance, lack of quality and care in what they do, understaffed. Went at around 430am because tims is shut down, took 20mins overall, waited 5mins to be acknowledged at the order box, had to repeat myself and was cut off before finishing my order because he didnt want to wait for me to finish ordering, a few more mins to get to the window, watched him slowly make 4 coffees, 2 were wrong and when called out on it still insisted it was correct (it wasnt), waited almost 15mins for a simple bacon and egg bagel and a hashbrown. And even after repeating twice to add light mayo, none on my bagel. And the response...go to the other tims then
Add more staff, people who actually have good customer service, motivated to do the job correctly and efficiently.
