visiting from out of town, went throught the drivethru around 2:30pm sept 29. ordered a small icecapp with chocolate milk and a medium vanilla ice coffee made with milk when the guy went to hand it to me i said thats not made with milk he said it was suppose to as if asking me then the lady argued and said it was. i told her it was to dark cream colour to be milk and handed it to me and said its made with milk. ive now wasted 3.50 or more cause i cant drink it. wish there was a 0 star option.

I drove through at this place today after work, 09/04 around 5:06 PM. Initially, I only ordered a medium 2 cream but when I was about to pay, I asked the staff if he minds adding one more medium double double; I literally just remember then that I need 2. He did not say anything but instead gave me the “deepest breath” that I’ve ever heard (you can’t miss it as it was loud) which made me believe that he was upset that I did not order both at the same time. It was obvious he was not happy. I got the memo right away so I told him that it’s ok and to not do it. I totally agree I should have done so and that was my mistake. But bth, I’ve never had any encounter like this at any Tim Horton’s across Canada. Just saying.

They are excellent with customer service and quick with food and drinks. The staff there are amazing and kind.
Not like the far Timmie's in KL! MESSY n don't listen.. definitely never going bk to that one ! They don't know how to make mango creamy chills ..nor have much selection of goodies! Not impressed i will stick to the other Tim's ...when it is done getting fixed up !! 🤘👑💯🤔
Parking: Hi yes .. just ordered in drive thru and not listening to what I ordered and not have much to choose from ...getting my chill wrong more than once ... it's not necessary! If you open late there should be selections and knowledgeable staff who know what they are doing n trained well that want to be there !!!

I’m getting real sick of coming here, getting a bagel and driving to work only to find out it looks like this. I worked at Tim’s myself and it’s so disappointing to see that no gives a crap. Whoever is on sandwich station needs to be held accountable for this BS or train your staff right!

The parking lot is AWFUL here you really need to fix the major potholes everywhere ! The decalf coffee tasted really old .My additional feedback on your reply would be ..FIX THE HUGE POT HOLES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS, SO THEY CAN SAFELY ENTER THE DRIVE THRU !!!!!

Parking: Parking lot to location is atrocious and caused damage to my vehicle around 9:10 AM this morning. Tried calling the store about the damage to my vehicle no answer so then I called headquarters and they said they will forward the information to The owners of the store and let know that their parking lot has caused damage to my vehicle and I’d like them to pay for it. Six hours later and I still haven’t heard Anything, you would think from a big company as Tim Hortons. The parking lot would be more maintained so that way they didn’t have damage to customers vehicles. Now my vehicles making a rattling noise all day since I stopped at this franchise. so Tim Hortons if you’re reading this, please get back to me so that way I can put my car into a shop and let you know what the bill is, I do not recommend this Tim Hortons to anybody with a low vehicle or to anybody who cares about their Vehicle, I suggest choose a different location Until they fix the parking lot
