This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The chicken was mushy and had a terrible flavor. I ordered a shawarma with fries and a falafel sandwich, and somehow the total came to $32 completely unacceptable for the quality they served. When I asked for a bit of extra sauce, they wanted to charge me even more.
The place was shockingly dirty. The tables had hair on them, and it honestly looked like no one had cleaned the restaurant in ages. This place shows zero care for food quality or basic hygiene. I strongly recommend avoiding it there are far better and more honest restaurants out there.

Just go to Shelbys. Blease for your own sake. I ordered the shicken shawarma wrab and the falafel wrab. The wrab itself tasted good at first but then got soggy quickly and fell apart leaving a mess with no structure. The falafel was slightly bland. The tobbings were plain and cheap-ish. The shawarma shicken was okay but nothing special. The servers rushed us unfortunately which regardless of how many customers are in line, is not what you do because they customers will wait if they want food. They wanted to put cheddar cheese on the shawarma which is cheap cheese and not traditional whatsoever. Paid $30 for two wrabs.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I arrived around 4:00 PM to pick up my food, but they made me wait for a long time, and I ended up wasting my time and money for nothing. The place was very dirty, the food had no flavor, and the service was surprisingly bad.
I requested my order without hot sauce, yet they completely ignored my request and added it anyway.
Honestly, I have no idea what is happening to this restaurant. It is getting worse in every aspect, and it feels like it’s going backward instead of improving. Even the service has become terrible I don’t understand why, because it was never this bad before.
I used to be a loyal customer, but after today’s experience, this place is nothing like it used to be. I will not be returning again.

The food was good but the atmosphere unsettled me a bit. There was a lot of cross contamination within the toppings, and the shawarma was cut by a machine that I’ve never seen before. It looked a little untrustworthy and I was afraid my meat wasn’t cooked all the way through.
