They say they have no kids meat Patty's and gave me hard time when I asked for just a meat patty on it regardless of they had kid one or not. Because the inventory will be off is what I'm told. So bad if you can't do what you offer ... Give the customer the next best thing.

It’s my first time ever trying A&W I bought a side of onion rings for seven dollars first time they gave it to me. the onion was raw and it was very oily it taste disgusting so I went inside. They changed it for me and they gave it back second time. The onion was still raw and it was really really salty.

Today its 7 jan time and 1.37 am . I visit here with my friend directly from job . We both are too hungry and we came here by drive thru and the system said we have to wait for someone. We wait there atleast 10 minutes on drive thru. Noboday came to take order. Suchh a poor experience asn well as poor service. Shameeee….👎🏻

I’ve been a loyal A&W customer for 50 years! I still remember the tray on the car window with my parents. However, the prices are starting to feel a bit steep for a fast-food spot. To save money, I’ve been using the electronic coupons since I visit at least once a week. Recently, they switched it up so you need an app to get the discount, but it’s been a bit buggy.
They recently launched a special where you can get a teen burger and fries for just $5 if the Leafs are playing. That’s a pretty good deal! When you go into the app, you pick the offer, then you choose either a teen burger or a mama burger, and finally, the fries. I did that a few days ago, but for some reason, it charged me the full price on my credit card. The store staff couldn’t help me and asked me to come back the next day to talk to the manager. I even made a special trip on Christmas Eve just to speak with the manager. The manager couldn’t help me and called the area manager. I left my phone number, but I haven’t heard back yet. They overcharged me $10, and I’m really upset about it. I didn’t want to use the app, and I shouldn’t have to to get the deal. At the very least, they should’ve been able to fix it in the store.
That said, on the weekend, I tried the Burger’s Priest in Waterloo, and I got the OG cheeseburger with bacon and fries, and it came out to the same price as a teen burger with fries at regular prices. It was very tasty, so that will be my new go-to if A&W is going to be like this.

Awful service - received the wrong order, which happens, so I drove back to the store to get the right order. Once I get there, I'm told to sit and wait for the food to be remade, no big deal.... 20 min go by, no food, and when I checked in to get an update I was told they're busy and I have to continue to wait. I asked for a refund instead, then I'm told that's not an option at the moment, that we have to wait until the district manager approves a refund and she doesn't know how long that will take.
Yes, mistakes happen, however lack of effort to make it right or simply provide the food I paid for is unacceptable.
Teen burgers are yummy all around very yummy, but very expensive.Probably it's the most expensive are the fast food

I ordered for kids menu and papa cheese combo but the papa cheese combo came with no tomatoes or lettuce and I had requested for papas burger. This is very annoying and disappointing especially being a constant lover and customer of A&W.
