Absolutely terrible service. I waited for over 20 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged me or took my order. There were three people working, but none of them made any effort to help or even say hello. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here—consistently poor service. Extremely disappointing.

A bit expensive so I only go when they have promotions or coupons but the food is definitely up to snuff. Burgers are good and they use hellman's mayo. Both the fries and sweet potato variation are good. Chubby chicken is thiccc. Friendly and prompt service ?

The counter lady Harman is really helpful and polite. We got really good and quick service by her. She took every effort to make our meal taste good. We are happy with the service at A and W.

Ive been going to this location after work for a few years now. Only recently I keep getting told that they are cleaning the grill and cannot do burgers, only chicken. I'll go at 1:30am.... Cleaning grill .. 2:30am... Cleaning grill ... Tonight ...3:30am.......guess what?? Cleaning the grill. I'm not sure if it's lazy workers not wanting to serve food but how long does it take to clean a grill? I worked in restaurants for over 10 years and let me tell you.. it does not take long.The last 5 times I've gone to the restaurant I've only been able to order a burger once.Will not be back to this location.
I usually rave about A&W but as good as the new chicken nuggets were and they are very good, the sauces were missing from our 2 orders! That's enough to drop the rating for food and service.

The map is showing that dine in is available 24 hours but when i get there after walk it’s close. Only drive through is open and then i tell the guy whose working there about all situation and i said that I’m so hungry but he said you don’t have car so there is nothing he can do…

Excellent, the lady working the counter was extremely friendly and very polite. I was very impressed. Food was prepared very quickly and perfect temperature. This location is a standard that all locations should look up to. Well done staff.
