I had made an uber eats order for this location, once I had realized it was incorrect in under a minute I had cancelled the order. I was still charged full price, they had told me and uber eats support the order was already made and could not be refunded. I would totally understand not getting a refund if I had canceled 10 minutes after the order was made, but 1 minute? I have never seen a fast food place make a full order for two people in under a minute. Not mad, just disappointed.

I can barely even begin to explain the atmosphere alone. Drive-Thru on the day after Valentine's Day... With my wife. We only had 100$ bills. The last three times I visited this location they were unable to do any fries or anything else other than just burgers?
Not only is it disappointing, it is also very unprofessional. I 100% agree with one post I looked at, that's all it took. There was absolutely no other customers and we waited over 20 minutes. I had to get out of the car and went to give a friendly knock on the window?... Say hello? But I didn't. Presentation was Mediocre at best. The attitude that we received from both people working at this location was very inconvenient. Not called for. Agravating and disrespectful At best. I, unfortunately, am not returning to this location Either. I It's bizarre. To say the least. 🤨👎

I visited the A&W at 443 Highland Rd W in Kitchener and had a very disappointing experience. I went through the drive-thru and was refused service because staff said they had “work to do first.” As a customer, I expect to be served during business hours, especially at the drive-thru. There was no proper explanation or apology. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I will think twice before coming back.
