I like A&W masala burger and had many time from various location in kitchener. as being vegetarian, i cant have chicken or other meats, when i order in fairview mall, i request them if they could fry patty in separate oil but they told me that we have small store and we don't have separate fryer, i had to have that masala burger and patty fried from oil where chicken burger fried. I was surprise because many a&w have separate place to fried vegi burger patty and here it wan't.

This location needs to be corporately reviewed, food assembly sloppy of burgers, order a tea or coffee take your chances. I ordered a tea nothing in it bag on the side bag dipped in. I appreciate that you employ a number of students but when I thirty bucks I expect them to get it right. Conestoga mall location could show them what a gold star service is
