Once again i've left another A and w disappointed again left to parking lot in to receive cold food Unfortunately, this company's business practices across the province seem to be the same.Worry about the time on the window instead of the customer itself.Unfortunately I will never come to one of these Restaurants again.Please value your time more and don't waste it eating cold food The service in this country is despicable, especially when they charge so much.I'm absolutely fed up with this buyer beware

Really sad teen burger and papa burger. I go to A&W often enough, I really enjoy the teen burgers, usually. Husband got a poutine, the gravy was hot! The only hot thing in our order. There was hope. But there was so much gravy that the fries were practically swimming. The fries themselves were soggy and definitely stale before the gravy was added.

The guy working let us use the drive thru with out a car becuase the dinning room was closed big shout out to my guy satvwer on the night shift

Pulled up through the drivethru. Nice they put a sign up for the massive hole thats about to consume his car. I made a comment to the drivethu worker that the hole is huge and should be fixed.. Worker smirked then shut the window.. Missing simple things out of my order like ketchup.. Been to this location twice, 0 good experiences
I came through this morning and ordered a latte and a sausage English muffin combo, no egg or cheese. The server asked me to confirm just sausage and muffin? Yes. Got to the window. Asked me if i ordered two egg muffin combos. No. I am the only car in line? 5 min later, asked again if i ordered two hash browns. No. Sausage on a muffin combo. Gave me a bag two min later. Got to work, opened it, sausage egg and cheese muffin, which i had to throw out because i can't eat egg or cheese. What a waste of time and money.
