I got the feeling the staff did not want to serve me, the woman who took my order was very brusque with me and forced the card machine towards me before I even had the opportunity to pull out my cash. I used to come here all the time but definitely felt the serversâ attitude towards me change once I started wearing my Canada ball cap. Will not be returning.
Friendly crowd with a nice selection of games. Quite a few were out of order.
My girlfriend and I really liked going to this place as the atmosphere is nice and the games are fun, weâve been there a couple of times before this experience and it was fine however tonight really put a bad taste in our mouth and we doubt weâll be back. We ordered a few items and unfortunately only had cash (nothing under $100 bills) for an order that wasnât very much. We know itâs annoying but as I said, thatâs all we had. The woman standing at the bar gave us so much attitude over it and at first didnât want to give us the drink we already ordered, before accepting but literally snatched the money from my hand as she took it after complaining. She then walked away shaking her head to go get our change from the back. After she returned, she threw the money down in my hand and it dropped down on the counter. She then proceeded to angrily put the rest of the bills she grabbed from the back into the register, making it very obvious she was pissed (god forbid she has to stop standing there talking to her coworker and actually do her job). She also was previously sitting on top of the island while chatting which is unprofessional and overall not sanitary. Finally, when she dropped our order off to us, we were standing at the hockey table playing the game and she didnât say a word as she left the item behind us, whereas the man working there politely dropped off the other items and let us know. As I said, I understand we (very slightly) inconvenienced her however the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and just extremely rude. I feel she really needs more intense training on how to politely handle customers or she shouldnât be working in customer service at all.

I actually found AOK thanks to a wonderful person I met on Tinder! ? She ended up unmatching (which is totally fine, by the way), but at least she led me to this amazing place.â¨
Today, I stopped by for a couple of Mana Potions, and let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! ??ââď¸ Spent a good amount of time playing on the arcade machines too, and it was so much fun! ?ď¸?
AOK has such a chill vibe, awesome drinks, and itâs the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend! ?

Ok so the place is great, the staff is awesome, yadda yadda, but the thing is, they serve all standard beers in a 16oz glass and IPAs in a 13oz glass, like wtf!?! I understand shrinkflation and all but this is beyond lame. A pint is 20oz end of discussion, some places have moved to an 18oz pint which sucks but whatever, but a 16oz is just pathetic. Do better.
A little smaller, but they got the key games you want (Mortal Combat, TMNT, 1943, pinball, bubble hockey) solid place, good date spot

We think this place is great! Have had fun every time we go, I enjoy the atmosphere of being around the arcade games (even if I find them so God DAMN difficult I can't play them for more than 2 minutes before rage quitting) but it is most certainly not a good choice if you're hungry. We were unable to order any food by midnight even though we would've ordered 5 pizzas. They sold us a trio of pretzels and chips that were MEGA stale.. just overall needs fixing from top to bottom as far as food program goes. Shutting down the kitchen early sucks, if you can't staff it due to it not being worth it at least incorporate toaster oven snacks the way they do it in Montreal
You'd be surprised at how many people will pay good money for a Pogo at 1:30 AM. So simple.
3.75, once the food availability is fixed it's a 4.5 easy just due to the fantastic IPA selection

Very cool little spot. Kind of tucked away but has a variety of games. The atmosphere is fun and the drink options they have are fitting to the video game world theme.
