I expected to meet not to be all clumped up. I understand it's a small sandwich. But it would have been better if the meat was spread out. The curly fries were pretty good the mozzarella sticks were a good size but there was only two definitely next time if I go I'm trying something else. But I hope they don't Clump the meat in the center again

After 15 years, I finally made my way back to Arby’s, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, a server named Lucas made us feel like VIPs. His warm, welcoming energy and genuine hospitality stood out in a way that’s rare to find in restaurants today. He treated us like family, ensuring we felt comfortable and valued throughout our visit. His kindness, attentiveness, and enthusiasm turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. It’s refreshing to see someone who truly takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere. Lucas reminded us of what great customer service should be—something that, unfortunately, feels like a lost art in many places. Arby’s is lucky to have him!

Walked in had no idea what to get as I looked at the American menu wanted the wrap no big deal. I am proudly Canadian. Anyways the person behind the counter was excellent very nice helpful. Took my order I saw the trays and thought they were pretty cool. The restaurant dining was out dated but I kind of like that as I do miss the old days of Kitchener. The sandwich I got was so freaking good OMG!! That bread was yummy. The fries were hot but I didn’t eat them all as I really need to start watching my weight. As my order was quick and ready to go it was just me picking up an order for four of us to take to my parents house the person behind the counter came around and helped me which I found to be outstanding since people have really changed lately. The restaurant seemed cleaned the personality of the counter person makes me want to go back. Hope you all had an amazing night!! Thank you for your service.
