Popped in tonight for something to eat… I have never been to Arby’s before and this was not a good first experience. The place felt “sad” for lack of a better word. One person was ahead and there was no acknowledgment. Delivery service seems to get more priority than walk-ins. I ended up leaving. Unfortunate

Honestly it was okay. I almost threw up after but otherwise it was good ^^ (Edit) Okay so I've found out that I throw up after eating at Arby's. The only reason I give it 2 Stars instead of one is because the workers are amazing

Poutine had so much salt it could choke a horse. I got a massive headache that lasted many hours. My wife , a cook, tasted it when I was almost done, then I stopped but was too late. I hadn't been to an arbys for many years and now I know why. You need negative numbers in this review for places like this. NOT A PLACE FOR ELDERLY, LIKE ME, THAT ARE WATCHING BLOOD PRESSURE.

Not a bad place usually have great experiences but the menu is lacking again. No potatoes no Jamocha shakes nothing good is there anymore its just the basics. Now i have found that the two locations in KW have different standards on what they serve. I love this place however last time i did receive wet meat that soaked the bun everything was just a really soggy mess and a big turn off to eat. Wont be coming back to the Victoria location. Worth the drive to go to the St Jacobs location seems they do a better job for some reason. Over all i will still eat here but i'm going to be checking my orders before i leave to make sure it isn't a soggy mess.
Great first time at Arby's. Had the beef sandwich with horsy sauce. Not disappointed at all. Add flavour to that sandwich though if you go. Curly fries are as expected.
this is the most disgusting establishment i have ever stepped foot in. on Monday i went to go pick up dindins for the fam and we decided on a new place; being arby’s- what a mistake that was. to start off, i walked in and the tables were filled with garbage and spillage. it was gross. i waited about 15 minutes until i was spoken to by a employee. they went on to take my order, and once they read it back to me everything was wrong. my son Jared has a severe phobia of spiralled shaped foods and my daughter molly cannot handle spice. the employee did not understand my request when i asked to have those needs met. she refused and went on to spit in my face. i still paid for the food because my children and husband were getting reckless and starving. I as a mother will not let my family be unhappy, especially when I can prevent it. the employee was the most insufferable person I have ever talked to. it took about 45 mins for us to receive the food and it wasn’t even that good. DO NOT GO HERE.
