Pizza is amazing. Expensive, but so delicious. But order the day before. It will be worth it, but do not expect to get it in a quick time of ordering. There is not interior access, so for some people, that is a draw back as you can not see the cleanliness of the interior, but I do not mind having the food brought directly to the vehicle. Horrible parking though!

Portion-wise, the 18-inch is massive—more than enough for 3 hungry people, or even 4 if you're not ravenous. It's the kind of pizza that immediately makes an impression when you open the box: a golden-brown crust, perfectly melted cheese, and toppings spread out generously.

Back of House Pizza is the best pizza I have eaten in Kitchener! I previously ordered their pepperoni pizza. Today, I ordered their sausage bianco and it was delicious. The pizza itself had roasted onion, basil, ricotta and sausage on top. The pizza had char on the bottom and top of the pizza. The crust was crispy. Get the garlic sauce! Its worth it. Make sure you order ahead because you may have to wait a while. It's only pick up. They meet you outside to pay. The parking is terrible. I parked across the street and its so dangerous to cross the street. I give the pizza 8.2 /10. I highly recommend!!

We've had a total of three pizzas from back of house and each has been fantastic. For a city of this size they are punching above their weight class. The dips, also made in house, are definitely worth a try.
Reasonably priced at $25-30 for an 18 inch pizza with premium toppings. If you think this is overpriced, you are not comparing 18 inch pizzas. Little caesars and costco are always there if you want a cheaper option, but for what you are getting these prices are in range with other chains.
Definitely recommend! A must try if you're visiting from out of town, or are just otherwise disenchanted with the state of pizza in KW.

It was my very first time ordering from Back of House Pizza on Lancaster. I don't even know where to start.. the food is absolutely fantastic, so tasty and fresh. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the crew members. He was welcoming and even provided my family and I with extra dips since it's our first time there. It definitely won't be our last. 10/10!
This is the best pizza in KW period. Have ordered many times, 100% satisfied every time. You cannot get pizza like this anywhere else in the area. People complaining about wait time are silly, it's not Pizza Pizza it's worth it, plan in advance.

Our 2nd time ordering from Back of the House Pizza, and this has become our new favourite place to pick up pizza. You can order by phone or online and set a specific time for pick up. Tucked behind the Lancaster Smokehouse, you pull up, give them a call and they bring the pizza out to you. The pies are HUGE, with a tasty thin crust and quality homemade toppings. Give the White Mushroom a try!

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Wish I discovered it sooner in Waterloo. The garlic dip was so good and the food was ready exactly when they said it would be. Highly recommend, I would never get pizza from anywhere else in waterloo.

we heard so much about this place thought okay it's got to be good so we go to try it on Saturday bought a plater with three meats and got two poutines my poutine was cold they didn't take it back make new however all the meat on the plater was cold the ribs were fairly tough not tender which was a disappointment the beef was very good however cold which disappointed I like food hot when it comes to my table. I state this cause I got a text I get sorry we didn't meet your expectations....well expecting hot food I thought was standard my bad so beef cold chicken cold and ribs my poutine was as well redone unfortunately tho the sauce they make I don't care for at all on there poutine I'm disappointed in the text so dismissive as in oh well to bad for you which is sad but hey I'll never return or recommend. enjoy all
