Ordered take-out twice now from here. Pad Thai and red curry noodles are excellent! Better than any of the other restaurants we have ordered from. Staff are kind and great at checking the bag to ensure everything you ordered is in there. No complaints :)

I asked to know if they served whitefish or crab with me ordering Thai peanut. They never responded and I am allergic to whitefish so I was super sick. I asked in an email on their site if they could confirm if it was just my stomach or an allergy and they did not respond. It was in fact whitefish that they were selling as crab. Food is delicious but not good business practice. Shame on you for this, your food is delicious but your business practice is horrible. It’s a good thing that I have IBS sensitivity and not a deathly allergen

Green curry had good flavor but wayyyy too many peas as a filler and they dont have coconut rice which is supposed to be the norm with thai restaurants. What a shame. They have potential to be amazing !

Just had our left over from yesterday and am full again. Biggest PadThai I ever had!!! We’re the Japanese couple who ate at your restaurant yesterday. One of the best Thai restaurant we’ve eaten in!!! The PadThai, Masamam curry and Tom Kha was super delicious. Service was very friendly and very welcoming atmosphere. We didn’t expect such a treat in this small town before catching our flight today. Hope you can come and watch our show in Waterloo!!! Kapunkrap 🙋🏻♂️🙏❤️

I think after visiting Thailand, this has been the most authentic Thai cuisine that I have eaten. Staff is so friendly and polite. Just loved the place. One dish that you must try is the Salmon Curry with Veggies.

We ordered from Bangkok Cuisine last night and were extremely disappointed, both with the food and the customer service. We ordered the Thai Basil Noodles and selected the “hot” spice level — which, according to their own website, is the middle option out of five levels of spice. We eat spicy food regularly, but this was completely inedible. The heat level was so extreme it felt like we had accidentally selected their highest level, “top of the line,” and even then, it would have been unbearable.
My husband called immediately to address the issue and was told there was nothing they could do in the moment, and he should send an email instead. After following up by email, we received a response that essentially blamed us, stating: “Our spices are Thai spice and notice of spice levels is noted on our website.” This was extremely frustrating, as the issue wasn’t that the food was spicy — it was that it was excessively spicy, completely disproportionate to the spice level we selected.
We ended up throwing the dish away — nearly $20 wasted — and unfortunately, we won’t be ordering from Bangkok Cuisine again. A simple gesture of good customer service, such as offering a credit or replacement, could have easily turned this situation around and kept us as future customers. Instead, we’re left with a very disappointing experience and no desire to support this business further. If I could have selected 0 stars, I would have.

Firstly, I had written a negative review before but it looks like it has been deleted by the restaurant! That kinda says it all right there. Not sure why they would have done so, since I still have their e-mailed response to my review which proves its existence. It's really disappointing because I believe now they had only replied to me and done so publicly to save face. They wrote me a generic email saying they'd talk to management and see what went wrong with my order but even though I was communicating, they never wrote back - and now the deleted review lol.
I just love Thai food. Particularly spicy Thai food. Everything we'd gotten was so dry and flavourless I just couldn't believe it after reading all the great reviews online and on Facebook. I wanted to give them a second chance but you know what? After this sort of thing, I won't even bother. I don't mind traveling to Eat Thai in Guelph that has far superior tasting food that actually has any kind of spice to it. This is just ridiculous.
We ordered takeout tonight, Pad Thai and Panang Curry. I was super impressed with the service and how thorough the staff was with our requests made online. I was also blown away by how clean and organized the location is. A lot of other food establishments these days seem to have gone down hill with hygiene in recent years but this place was top notch.

Most places in this city have 3 or 4 spicy options on their menu, though might be willing to give you an extra Jalapeno if you ask for something extra.
Bangkok cuisine is not like most places in this city... They will openly offer to add extreme levels of spice to just about anything on their menu, and it all tastes good. They aren't just adding spice for the fun of it, even their Top of the Line stuff (which is as hot as people claim) does not compromise on flavor.
