First time I’ve gone to Bar Burrito on Ottawa Street in Kitchener I got the worst service from the lady who worked there! I have food allergies I ordered a gluten free burrito, I asked simple question if there was wheat in the chicken and rice. She didn’t know the answer, then got frustrated and told me to scan the sticker. The employees should know what ingredients are in their food. Especially when you advertise saying “ask us about our gluten free options”

Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly specially mayank he gave me really good recommendations and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.Thanks mayank?

Very good atmosphere. Mayank was welcoming and took my order in the nicest way.
I have been eating here quite frequently and my biggest upset currently is that they no longer have hard shell tacos and you can't oder "Nachos" (like the kind you order as an app at a sit down restaurant) anymore. The service seems to be slow most of the time, although theubare making your food as you wait infront of you, how you order it. It could still be a bit faater. The atmosphere is stale and dull. The staff used to be more friendly.

We ordered from their website on Saturday night, half an hour before they closed. An hour later, we called them because our food never arrived. They told us that they were closed and unable to fill our order, but they were not able to cancel it on the website. Since then I have emailed their head office and called the local store. A manager was supposed to call us back but never did. I have had to dispute the charge on my credit card. It has been a very frustrating experience.
