The food was amazing! The burrito was filled generously and tasted awesome. Purva, our server, was super friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Great service overall — quick, attentive, and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will visit again!

I usually go to this location but the last couple of times have not been a good experience.Tonight when we arrived at the restaurant, the Open sign was turned off, I had to double check that they were opened. When the girl working came out from the back talking on her phone, we felt like we were interrupting her conversation. We ordered and she continued to talk on the phone with her ear buds in. Most times I had to ask if she was speaking to me or someone else. One of the burritos I ordered somehow tasted sour, I suspect that the Lime sauce was added instead of sour cream. I will not be back to this location.

The girl working today (8.22.2025) around 3:30 was not very friendly. I ordered a burrito bowl. I asked if there was cilantro because the container was empty she said they didn’t have any. Okay that’s fine. Then I ask for lettuce at the end she sprinkles the littlest amount, I ask if they have more thinking she will open up another bag since the container is also empty. She scraps whatever scraps are on the sides and I ask do you have more lettuce? And she tells me no we don’t (lies) then takes my bowl to the cash. There was a person behind me who will most likely want lettuce. I don’t understand why you can’t fill the container and give me normal amount when you will have to fill the container anyways for the next person. She was rushing and being lazy. She gave me a fed up face when I had asked for more. I understand this isn’t maybe the greatest job but the attitude was unnecessary and the simple task of adding lettuce shouldn’t tick someone off. I hate leaving bad reviews but she was miserable :(

I picked up an online order today and was really disappointed. The bag was sealed so I couldn’t see inside until I got back to work, only to find a single bowl with no cutlery or napkins. For takeout, I would expect at least the basics to be included. It was frustrating and inconvenient.

This store is not doing well financially and have cut back on spending to make this location enjoyable or hospitable. No toilet paper or paper towels and a very poor drink selection. Food is good as always but come on, do better.

This place has gone down hill so far and has made so many mistakes its not worth ordering from. Warm drinks that clearly never saw a cooler, will cancel your orders or part of your orders with no communication, no effort, whatsoever, and they constantly forget items or give you the wrong thing. Will never come back again sadly.
