If you’re a human being just needing to use the washroom quickly don’t count on this place to treat you with basic decency. I walked in after spilling ketchup on myself and politely told the employee I wasn’t buying anything, just needed the washroom. She asked me three times if I was buying something, and when I repeated that I wasn’t, she told me I had to buy something to use the washroom. I was embarrassed in front of other customers and walked out. Only then did another staff member say it was okay. but by that point, the damage was done.It’s disappointing that compassion isn’t the default here. Emergencies happen, and treating people like a nuisance over something so simple is not a good look for any business.
