Rude people, rude attitude, shouldn't be in service business they have obviously no customer service skill. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. They will take the hunger and taste away by their mediocre customer service. I hope the owner changes the staff for very poor quality service.

We ordered take out pad Thai and Teriyaki chicken with rice noodles. I have eaten at Ben Thai several times over the years but these meals were terrible. The pad Thai was very peppery. The Teriyaki chicken had little flavour. The noodles were bland. They must have changed the chef because this was the worse meal we have had here. It tasted more like an Indian than Vietnamese restaurant.

I’m customer 10 years very delicious but now 3 time I come in to eat the same very bad Pho not smell and taste like pho , I ordered vermicelli grilled pork , grill meat ball…but vermicelli very dry like not to cook now we have to paid more hot tea .. I never reviewed some restaurant is bad but Ben Thanh I like to come now gone in my mind bye bye

The food served didn't represent what I chose on the menu. I ordered supreme pho that had 8 ounces of meat but I didn't receive what I ordered. It was something else. When I asked the server he ignored me and walked away! Terrible experience!!

The noise level was unbearable. The manager refused to let us sit by the bar( area for people waiting for takeout orders). Not one person sat there the entire time. Orders got mixed up. No mango salad on this day. Couldn’t get out fast enough. One large table was still drowning out any attempt at conversation.

the food was impeccable, the flavours were perfect. it felt like service was a tiny bit slow for the level of busy it appeared, but the meal was worth the wait. the portions are also way larger than i thought (esp pad thai and pho) my mom and i had so much leftovers

Went in for dinner for me and my wife. Her dish comes out with ingredients that have never been in it before (have ordered this dish for years) make mention, no offer to fix the dish or remake it. Just to cancel it. Ended up eating alone aside from the appetizer. Not very good service or customer service. Not sure if management or what has changed, but don’t feel the quality has been like the years prior.
