I like how you can order on an iPad, I think this is the only pho restaurant that does this. There is plenty of seating in the restaurant, staff are friendly and attentive. Lots of food options to choose from, I got the pho dat biet with no onions (I don’t like onions) and fresh shrimp rolls. Food was good, I have been here a couple of times and would come back to try other items on their menu.

Ordered Fish and Short Ribs.Only Ribs served at table but was being charged for both.After i told them i never got the fish.No apologies. Nothing.Wasted 40 minutes of my life sitting and waiting for their fish which never came..i figured out chef would have gone to catch it from Grand River...

I have been going to Ben thanh for years now. Things are generally good and consistent. This past trip however was brutal.My daughter ordered a special "tumeric chicken fried rice" the picture showed either a peice of sliced chicken breast or thigh along side the rice.What came to the table was some rice with what looked like boiled hacked up unseasoned leg. Literally mostly bone. It was beyond disgusting and appaling the "chef" at this place would serve such garbage. I sent it back and ordered something else.We were not comped anything and barely received a apology for the gross food.I think im done giving these guys my business. It really pissed me off.
Dinner was delicious, Kay our server was a delight. He smiled at every table, literally ran to get to his customers, don’t see someone working this hard these daysWe will go back because of him!

Disgusting. If I could give negative stars I would. They should be ashamed to charge sixty dollars for raw barely chopped vegetables and overcooked noodles. Flavourless garbage I wouldn't even feed my dog, we packed the food up and threw it out

One of our favorite restaurants in town. Thank you guys for staying open during these times.After some time not visiting, something is going amiss. We found the place lacking some TLC. Especially the washrooms. They were just dirty and in need of replacing some faucets. We will be back, cause we like the food and check again...
