We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, once the driver got here I gave him cash and he opened up his wallet and said "I don't have change" as I was looking at the change in his wallet. And to top it off one of the pizzas was wrong.

I recently ordered from Big General 2 For 1 Pizza , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey and flavourful, and the toppings tasted super fresh. The Delivery was on time, and the pizza arrived hot and ready to eat. If you haven’t tried yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot—everyone should try it at least once!
What a terrible experience we had yesterday evening. After faithfully ordering from Big General over the last two years, we will not be ordering again. After receiving confirmation that our online order had been placed, we phoned an hour later to find that the online service wasn't working. How does a confirmation produce if the service isn't working? We placed our order again over the phone and waited another hour. When we called back to ask where our food was, we were advised the driver just left. After 30 minutes our cold pizzas arrived and one of them was the wrong pizza! We didn't even bother to call back and complain. I don't know what happened, seems like an ownership change or something. Needless to say, we are done with Big General. Not even an apology or discount for this poor service. At this rate, they will continue to lose customers. Very disappointing considering we spent close to $60.

Thought we'd give this unassuming little shop a try - downtown Kitchener near King and Stirling st.
Super friendly, a rarity these days. Pizza was an exceptional price, a large, five toppings - low 20's. Original type sauce and each slice was heavy - heavy because they're not chintzy with the toppings.
Usually when we order a large we have slices left the next day, we killed this in one night with two people who are not big eaters.
Will return for sure!

Just ordered here for the first time and Both me and my girlfriend loved it. I am giving them 5-stars despite there being a slight communication problem. I initially asked them if they did “free delivery”, if they accepted debit as payment and if the medium 2-4-1 4 topping special was still $22.99 (from a flyer from 2 years ago). After placing the order somehow the total was somehow $28.30 when $22.99+tax=$25.97 and when the driver got here the tota was now $29.30 (assuming they charged $1 for debit?). Despite the minor price discrepancy the order was great and I’d still recommend them.

i ordered 2 for 1 NO pizza sauce and 2 garlic dipping 2 per pizza he told me i told him no pizza sauce ! Right !! but where is dipping sauce??>????? in many say 4 pops NO dipping sauce NO pops they didnt understand Im from other country and if i dont undetrstand i ask !!!!
