So disappointed! Big Johns had always had a great reputation….Definitely NOT the place of old. Got the bbq chicken Pompeii…what a misnomer- Bland and tasteless…other than the hot peppers. ANY extra toppings are extra $$$- pickles $.66?, olives-$.66?, etc. Pathetic. So terrible, I can’t express enough. Will never darken their sad little entranceway again.

Great back to basics subshop , tryed the turkey club for my first time here , sub was excellent. My only gripe it no napkins were given and none on the counter to grab on your way out. Besides that great place ?

Ordered a meatball Sub from big johns today and the meatballs look green and are pink inside ..barely any sauce .. called them and the lady insisted that they are safe to eat .. said that they are Italian meatballs .. she insisted that’s how they come and they just heat them in the microwave .. I told her I’m throwing the sub out I wouldn’t feed this to my dog and she finally agreed to give me a credit for the sub.. I’m disgusted by this
