Doesn’t even deserve my 1 star! Terrible service by staffs of July 2 2024 around 2am. They’re so mean, definitely not going back there anymore and definitely not going to recommend it to others!

Today was my first visit. I asked for white meat, specifically a breast or side breast, in two of my orders and got a thigh and chicken drum. I asked them to correct it. A 16 minute wait for white meat. When it came, I got a wing…not the breast or side breast I asked for. Another 6 minute wait if I wanted that. So, I took the wing and asked for another wing. I got 7 onion rings in my order of onion rings. Fries were cold and soggy in my daughter’s order. So were the biscuits. Another lady behind me ordered the 8 piece meal…not one piece of white meat. She asked for her money back and left. This was my first and last visit. Not worth the $35 I paid. Mary’s Brown’s it is next time!!

Worst brost chicken served here... The oil was on the box and on complaint it was a very weird response provided by the store users I returned the chicken for them ... It was a full waste of money ...

I think staff needs more training because chicken was too oily and sandwich coating had no flavour at all…big difference in taste with comparison to other locations

Chicly was good fries were garbage
