I’ve been going to this booster juice 3-5 times per week for the last couple of weeks now, most of the staff are great and really make this part of my day a lot nicer. It’s now the second visit in two separate weeks that I’ve encountered a young blonde girl staff and she’s been rude both times. The first time I think it was the store manager herself who was in with this staff as well and had the same attitude. I’m glad I didn’t tip today. Will switch locations on my third bad experience.

Smoothies were good but they would take 100 dollar bill on a 35 dollar purchase. Disappointed a large corporation can't change legal tender.

I tried a blueberry mixer for the first time today and Nidhi suggested adding some strawberries in them. It tasted really good. But it was her service that stood out to me. Noone in fast food chain stores ever made such recommendations to me. So thank you!

Sitting outside of the establishment right now. As I walked into the door the young man working informed me that they closed in 10 minutes "just so I know" which was incorrect as there 17 mins until close. Then when I proceed to order my regular smoothie/booster ball/juice shot combo (love the lemon/ginger shot) he tells me that only smoothies can be ordered right now, I said have a good evening & I left. I could understand if it were 5 mins til close or something, but I generally come here 3x per week between 8:30-8:45 the last couple months with no issue. Everyone has an off night, but I'll find another location if it happens again.

I purchased the same drink, High Impact, three times, and each time it tasted different. The first time was fine, but the second one was off, and the last one was really watery and lacked flavor. It seems like the quality isn’t consistent at all, which is disappointing, especially after giving them multiple chances. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again, as it’s hard to trust what I’ll get next time

Walked out, this is the third time i have had to leave with no service provided. Employee is slow and does not pay attention to the customers entering.
My first time inside a Booster Juice, the guy behind the counter was very respectful and patient with me. I ended up getting one of his customized protein drinks and it was GREAT for my workout. Will be visiting again.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Booster Juice today due to the unacceptable behavior of one of the new hire employees(VERY RUDE YOU’re lady)!. From the moment I approached the counter to place my order, the employee was noticeably rude and dismissive. She barely acknowledged me and seemed more interested in chatting with her colleagues.
After placing my order, I was shocked to find myself waiting for a full 30 minutes. During this time, I observed the employee handing out orders to other customers who arrived after me, while completely ignoring my presence. When my order was finally ready, she carelessly placed it on the table without a word, almost as if she was deliberately disrespecting me.
Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect better customer service and a respectful attitude towards all customers. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope Booster Juice addresses this issue promptly to prevent other customers from facing similar treatment.

NO FLAVOR!!! She made my drink with 90% ice. NEVER GOING BACK!!! The location on Fairway much better! I got ripped off!!!
