I’m not the type of person to leave a review but I have been there a handful of times in the last few weeks as my kid enjoys the splash pad and each time it has taken at minimum 30 minutes for my drink. Today was the last straw.

On August 16, 2025 at 1PM I walked in to two overwhelmed employees trying to make drinks. The blender area was chaotic with garbage and juice all over the place. The one girl thought it would be a good time to punch out for her break. I proceeded to wait an extra 45 minutes just to have my order taken. I laughed internally as the debit machine offered a tip option. By the time my order was being taken, the girl was returning from her break. In that time, I witnessed the employee drop a cap on the floor and put it directly back onto the container without sanitizing it first. I witnessed a few drinks go out with the outsides of the cup covered in stickiness from a messy pour. The only thing I didn’t witness was a “sorry for the long delay” or any type of customer service to make it right. I finally received my drinks after 50 minutes of waiting, but by that time not even the funkiest of monkeys could brighten my spirits.

To the owner: Do better. Your staff are completely overwhelmed. What makes me more mad than anything is the fact that your reviews are riddled with hundreds of comments just like mine.

To the staff: Do better. I know it gets busy from time to time but we can’t simply can’t shortcut customer service and basic hygiene practices.

This entire place (Owner, and Staff) need to be thrown in a blender with a little lemon, frozen yogurt, and pineapple. I just hope you don’t have to wait as long as I did for change.

Came back for a second visit just to give them a second chance. Service is terrible, the inside stinks like sewer gas and the music is way too loud.

The customer service person doesn’t say any words other than the amount owed. I wanted to come back and see how they were when the store wasn’t busy, because I did see reviews in regards to bad service during busy times, and was still disappointed. Staff is rude and dismissive. Unfortunate.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Booster Juice location on July 26th, just before noon. After reading the review posted before mine, it's clear others witnessed the same issues around the same time, so I’ll keep this concise.

We stopped by for a quick cold drink while visiting the nearby splash pad. Despite there being fewer than 5-7 people waiting, the sole employee working appeared visibly overwhelmed and was clearly frustrated. Her tone was cold, and her mannerisms were aggressive, she slammed drinks down on the counter and made the entire ordering process feel rushed and unpleasant.

The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, which is not what I expect from a brand like Booster Juice. This isn’t about slow service it’s about basic customer respect and professionalism. A smile goes a long way. I strongly encourage management to address this behavior directly with the employee involved to prevent further negative experiences.

Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

July 26th at 11:45am. I took my kids for the first time for a booster juice smoothie. We had an extremely overworked employee on their own. I understand the overwhelming but not the rude attitude that went with it. We will not be returning or making this location apart of our visits to Ira needless to say area.

Walked in this location and immediately was hit with the strongest smell of something horrible almost like the smell of sewage. This place needs a health inspection. safe to say we didn’t stay and immediately left. Absolutely disgusting, do NOT go here. Wouldn’t be surprised if their food is all rotting.

Girls working tonight had a bad attitude didn’t seem to want to be there.. after waiting forever for my drink and grilled cheese they gave me a pretty much black burnt grilled cheese, left as I had already waited forever

I’ve been going to this booster juice 3-5 times per week for the last couple of weeks now, most of the staff are great and really make this part of my day a lot nicer. It’s now the second visit in two separate weeks that I’ve encountered a young blonde girl staff and she’s been rude both times. The first time I think it was the store manager herself who was in with this staff as well and had the same attitude. I’m glad I didn’t tip today. Will switch locations on my third bad experience.

Smoothies were good but they would take 100 dollar bill on a 35 dollar purchase. Disappointed a large corporation can't change legal tender.

I tried a blueberry mixer for the first time today and Nidhi suggested adding some strawberries in them. It tasted really good. But it was her service that stood out to me. Noone in fast food chain stores ever made such recommendations to me. So thank you!
