We went for dinner on our anniversary and we had Luigi as our server. Salt and pepper chicken wings were delicious, our main courses were great, and the recommendation for the chocolate torte was perfect. The service was fantastic. Too many restaurants have servers that do the bare minimum. Luigi worked the room, conversing with everyone and was the entertainment. Awesome place. We will be back.

2 weeks ago The staff were very nice soon as I entered. I like the warm style approach of the place. The food did come quickly but not too fast. It felt like I would return again. The waitresses were one of a kind and took great care of our family that came there recently. Thank you again

Always a delicious meal and wonderful service. The fried chicken is delicious .

Our waitress was amazing! She asked if it was my first time and it was so she gave me a short history lesson on the building which I loved. It made my dining experience that much better.
We had a late lunch and I chose off of the daily specials menu and my pasta was excellent. They even made me a Spanish coffee that wasn't on the menu.
I'll be back for dinner for sure.

Not my first time. We went for my friend's birthday. The food was ok. Nothing super stood out but it was tasty. The service was great. We were there past closed and they never pushed us out, let us have dessert and take our time. It was really appreciated as we are both moms who don't get out often and it has to be after the kids are in bed. Will visit again although I was sad I was really looking forward to this spicy cornbread they used to have as an app and it's gone. But they are a B corporation and are serving sustainable food so it makes me happy to support a restaurant that is conscious about the environment.

Had an amazing dining experience tonight! First time eating at borealis and wow what a first impression.
For a date I wanted to make sure it checked all the boxes. Reading reviews beforehand we saw Luigi mentioned a handful of times as the best server people have had. And behold, upon arrival we are greeted by Luigi himself and the reviews stayed true. Great conversation throughout and treated with a surprise sorbet at the end! (Absolutely amazing)
