Attended the valentines day "Buffet" and comedy show. Food was terrible. They ran out of food before half the service had even eaten. For a simple menu such as ribs and chicken parm with numbers given in advance this was very poorly planned and excuted. Also they ran out of the frozen dessert bars before the dinner service had even finished. Many people waited for a long time to find they were out of food and desserts and had begun serving chicken wings instead of the advertised ribs and chicken parm. There was also no one clearing plates and many patrons were leaving their dirty dishes on or amongst the buffet and dessert table out of frustration as tables were very small and packed in tight. With a walk up bar only serving drinks in cans, bottles, or plastic cups and no one clearing any cups, plates, or empties it became cramped and unsightly pretty quickly. Was very dissapointed with all of the dinner service. When the host of the comedy show opened he began with is every one happy with the buffet? And the whole crowd yelled BOOOOOO! All together was very dissapointed for $70 per person.

Food was great, didn’t like that half our table got their food and the others waited 5 -10 minutes longer. If you’re a Cesar drinker don’t order one from here, it’s horrendous . They should just take it off the menu. I had 2 sips of my Cesar and sent it back. They kept it on my bill but once I pointed it out he took it off. Service wasn’t great , it was busy but that doesn’t mean our server shouldn’t be able to remember stuff, like ordering more drinks or napkins. We asked for ketchup 4x before it was brought over and my kids burger was cold by the time she got to eat it.
Kid-friendliness: Lots for the kids to do if you pay for the game cards There is also bowling.
Went on a weekday for lunch. Not busy at all. Food was quick to arrive and tasted great!

I've ordered a few times before and it was really good the food came fast but the Bandera bread was super soggy, like way too much oil, it usually comes with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of it, it didnt have that, and it came with no sauce. Which makes the meal 100 times better.

Friday night at 8pm. Washroom had no toilet paper on my stall and there was also no paper towel to dry my hands. Our waitress seemed mad at us the whole time, she was very serious and short in her answers, I was actually uncomfortable with her body language. No lids for kids drinks. Food is mediocre in general. The pizza I got was good tho. To be a family restaurant it didn’t seem like it. I love Bingemans, just woh they had a better restaurant connected:

Took staff almost half an hour to find somewhere to seat us, even though half the tables were empty. Then it took over an hour to get our food. To top it off, none of the stalls in the men's washroom had working locks. One didn't even have a door. Also the automatic doors didn't work. The food was good though.
Very good service. Our server named Amelia was very kind, helpful, positive and overall a great server.

Was a party of 1 was seated quickly them ignored fir 10 by 3 servers as they went to other tables with more people. I had to stop one and ask about getting served still waited another 5 minutes. Then my dinner was cold when it arrived.

I attended the Wednesday night trivia night with Joey from 91.5 the Beat, it was so much fun! Free to attend. The spirit free passionfruit paloma was a delight, I had two. The pizza dough is also made fresh in house everyday and was crispy and delicious!

My wife's pasta came out cold. You could tell it has been frozen at one point. As she got closer to the centre is got hard it was so cold.
I asked for no veggies on my carnivore pasta that oddly comes with veggies. No one told me it comes mixed with onion and peppers. And that's how I got it too. So my dish for meat eaters was riddled veggies lol.
We had purchased a kids meal deal. Don't think we will be returning. This is some very basic stuff they didn't get right. And it was very slow. No reason not to.
