The service here is the worst in the entire mall. Today, I went to buy some food, but the lady serving us was extremely rude. She seemed very tense and responded to customers aggressively and in a very loud voice. I don’t understand how people like this get hired, especially during such difficult times. Completely unacceptable behavior .Because of this experience, I never recommend this place.!

I went to get food from them, they gave me in used crumpeld bag. I ignored it because i was in hurry, i took one bite and knew something was not right. It smelled off also chicken was like plastic. I checked and it was plastic they are probably using lab created chicken. I felt horrible and sick i threw away everything. After 1 hour my coworker came with their food she immediately threw up and after that complained about stomach ach. Never going back to them.

We stopped in for lunch while shopping.. I do like Bourbon Street Grill. I like the selection and everyone can get what they want. The noodles are always good. The food is good and it was quite busy so the food was fresh. It is a little bit more than it used to be but its comparable to others.

havent eaten here for a while. not surprised prices have gone up but that's everywhere. ordered a combo 2 , 2 meats with one veg. portion control is so bad. lady served me barely any protein, while customer after me ordered same thing and got double the portion from a different server. if u go hope you don't get my server.
* should have read the recent reviews before going here, with the reviews of people getting bugs in their food and food taste terrible, someone getting food poisoning. I just decided to pitch what I got and not chance eating it. it was a waste of $20 but better to be safe than sorry. I've had food poisoning before and it's not fun. with no responses for any reviews from the owner, shows they can't defend the product they are putting out.
