I’ve brought up to the management that it’s hard to wash my hands properly because the tap shuts off as soon as you let it go. I’ve brought it up 3 different times. I have a dirty job so it would be nice to be able to wash up properly because eating. Can you fix this issue? I’m probably going to stop coming to this location until it fix. Feel free to fix it an let me know with a response and I’ll remove the the bad review and replace it with a better one. Thanks

The deep, giant potholes in the asphalt in the drive-thru is sure to cause damage to someone's vehicle. A simple jr whopper combo came with cold soggy onion rings, a barely dressed burger and flat soda.

Ordered last night , after a similar experience 3 years ago, we figured after being rebuilt it would have changed, but thought we would give it a chance again. My wife ordered a veg burger, no bacon, no cheese on it because she can't digest meat due to an enzyme deficiency that helps break down animal proteins. Instead they sent it with bacon. She wasn't sure if it was even the burger she ordered or if it was actually even a veg burger, so it went in the garbage, she can tolerate a bit of residue if cooked on the same grill as meat, but unfortunately she got really ill after only one bite, so it was not as ordered at all and was a meat burger. It was in a cheeseburger wrapper and when she opened up the burger after she had bitten into it, there was 2 slices of bacon on it. My burger was cold and rubbery. We thought we would give this location a chance again being rebuilt, but again, they don't send out what you want or order. I heard people laughing about it and it is not funny, with some people it could be life or death, it is not funny, nor a joke. Disappointing to say the least. We will never order there again, they cannot be trusted. I guess they still don't want to make things to what the customer orders. Must be the same staff from 3 years ago. If you have food allergies or certain conditions, do not order from here, they don't listen, then they laugh and think it's funny.

Drive thru matters too

Kind of hit or miss - last time I came here there was a huge wait time in the drive thru. I order the impossible whopper everytime and it's always really good! Service is usually friendly too.

Placed my order at 4:59. Currently 5:14, no one in drive thru, multiple customers waiting. What appears to be a manager is prioritizing an individual that walked in after my order had already been placed.

Probably not the best customer service when other customers are within earshot and have been waiting nearly 20 minutes for their order.

Shop at this location roughly 10 times at minimum a month when I’m working nights.

Last 3 visits have been nothing but messed up orders, items missing, overcooked and to top it off shift managers hanging up phone calls when I was never once rude, disrespectful or vulgar.

Nothing but respectful just wondering how the mistake was made considering I called in my order to make sure my mess up from my previous order didn’t happen again.

Backstory: last 3 orders were missing either burgers or items were really old and stale (weird because it’s 2-5am where items should be fresh and I order before I arrive at the store so it’s fresh to avoid this)

Tried to contact the store owner before I made a review but all the shift managers are covering for each other. Also tried to contact through the app I get AI replied offering me $15…

Called Cambridge location and they tell me to try to speak with Debrah (I think) “the Canadian” so they cant keep covering for each other, almost like he knows something like that has happened before.

I also visit the fairway location, not as often but never had an issue and always friendly service.

Why the hell am I waiting almost 20 mins in a drive-thru. There is 2 people working. They are so slow watching them make one drink took 2 mins. One guy picking his fingers. I am super annoyed by this experience. Hire people who know what they are doing. The whole should took under 5 mins. DONT BE CHEAP AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE

Slowest “fast food” place I think I’ve ever been to. I used to visit regularly and the wait time increases each visit. I don’t think Ive ever gotten my order in less than 20 mins.

Absolutely horrific service. I ordered chicken fries and mozza sticks through the kiosk. I waited over 30 minutes and still had not received my food. I cancelled my order and was told I would automatically get my refund deposited back into my bank account since I paid through the kiosk. Still have not received my money. So I wasted my time for nothing. Never got an apology from the worker. Just sad. I will be contacting the store

Not a good experience was ordering and asked if I could use my points for a free onion rings and they said your total will be 20$ I got up and they said I ordered 3 onion rings no asked if I get free onion rings so I just ended up paying for them but they need to train staff better and higher people more fluent in English

I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King. The burger I received was completely burnt and had an old taste. When I showed it to the staff, they didn’t acknowledge the issue and told me, “even if we make it again, it will look the same, seriously we are paying to eat burnt no way… I found this response very unprofessional and disappointing, as they didn’t offer a replacement or an apology. I’ve always liked Burger King but this visit was truly upsetting. I hope management looks into this matter and ensures better food quality and customer service in the future. Don’t waste your time and money at this location Victoria st kitchener.
