i was there 15 mins ago and i ordered 4 whoppers which all were burnt when i arrived home and one of them didn’t have any lettuce, onion, tomatoes and pickles just the meet and bread i am very disappointed.!!!

FLY-HIGH SLUMS FOUNDATION

I ordered a king meal deal with the staff and I confirmed twice. They’re not to hear me properly and they rude on me. Today date is 14 March.4 pm there is a one Punjabi guys also rode on me and one lady who take an order this time. Very pathetic service on this location.

I had a terrible experience picking up an order today. The restaurant’s doors were locked, so I parked my car and went to the drive-thru window on foot. When I knocked, the employees saw me but completely ignored me. After a long wait, they finally opened the window, only to tell me that I had to bring my car to pick up the order.

As a delivery driver, I expect to be treated with respect, just like any other customer. It felt like they didn’t care about me at all. I can’t help but wonder if this treatment had anything to do with the fact that I’m Black. No one should be treated this way. Burger King needs to train their employees to respect all customers, including Uber Eats drivers who help bring them business. Very disappointing experience!
