I almost died, November 12 2025 at 7pm I ordered 4 whoppers Wednesday and 1 chicken sandwich. I got food poisoning from the uncooked chicken. After drinking 1.5L of water and puking 🤢🤮 4 times. I regained consciousness and wrote this review.

Visited on Monday November 10th around 8:30, Great service, nice workers they were very polite to me and my children, offered them crowns and helped me select what would be the best meals for my kids, Food was amazing, nice and fresh. As a first time costumer to this location i can say i will be coming back more often. Great job guys!

I was excited for this location but the employee was short and rude when taking my very uncomplicated order, there was no customer service skills. Food was okay but thrown into the bag upside down.. I guess due to the employee being annoyed. He gave us a super tiny amount of fries that were ice cold. It really is too bad I wont be returning, the location in north waterloo is way better.

I was at this joint this Thursday and the manager Kiran was an absolute gem. I was confused on what to get cuz I am vegetarian and she took the time to explain all the options which I think was so helpful. Exceptional service!!

Usually dont leave reviews but. Best customer service ever; was greeted warmly like they knew me or something! There was a 5 min wait in my order, as i ordered just before closing; the lady working at the time upgraded my fries to a large for free because of that! Also the food is way better than mcdonalds lol.

First time here and had great service. She let me know when I ordered that they had to make a new batch of chicken fries for my order and made sure I was OK with the wait. When the order was brought out to me she apologized for the wait and even upgraded my fries to make up for it!
