I was terribly disappointed in the meals I received from union burger. Not as advertised. I paid for a buffalo sandwich. Got overcooked breaded chicken on a bun. I've eaten here many times w my family. Twice a month sometimes. We live by the park. We love it, I know it's good. I called, asked why I got what I got instead of the usual when I dine there? He said it's bc I ordered on line through skip the dishes. Then he said he can't send a new one, skip should refund me. I said, so you send shotty product to on line customers!? He yelled at me said no refund. I said I didn't want one, I wanted a new order, and offerred to come get it! He yelled at me and hung up! Lost my business. He lost our twice minimum a month business. Also, ordering from skip seems to get you lousy product! Shame on you union burger! So many business trying so hard to provide proper good service and this is allowed to go on! I'll share w everyone I know, and on all social media possible! Shame!
