Recently i visited burrito boyz and had amazing experience .Their food was delicious and excellent customer service and staff was also very friendly and attentive making sure i had everything I needed . I would definitely recommend this place

Had a large steak burrito today was not impressed with it steak was really chewy burrito was cold was not like I remembered it when I was living in Toronto would not recommend to go here don't waste your money go somewhere where else.

The staff was friendly and the burrito was delicious. They have many options to choose from, even vegan and gluten free. I had the Halibut burrito in a small size with a corn tortilla and l was more than satisfied. I will return again soon.

Staff shows lack of training and communication skills with heights of incompetence! If you go and stand at their counter. No body greet you no body cares why and how they help...have to wait for them to complete their work and then they come and ask...they see you but no body even smile at you...it looks like you are in court! It was embracing to stay idle for long....specially when there are 3 guys working....the girl working front was terrific she doesn't even look at you....owner can check footages specially on evening time...
Was doing an Uber eats order and about 4 employees were standing around when I arrived and I had walked in to pick up the order and they were rude right off the back and had told me to go back to my car and grab my thermal bag and then when I had brought it in I stood for 5 minutes and then grabbed the food and walked out. My girlfriend was in the car at the time and was going to take the food and put it in the bag. The male employee that had handed me my food was literally chasing me out the store just to make sure I put the burrito in the bag. It was incredibly rude and scared my pregnant girlfriend that I am helping do this for so we can make extra cash. I can't believe an employee would think they could chase someone down just because they didn't put the food in the thermal bag right then and there. It was incredibly unprofessional! Only giving 2 stars simply because it had nothing to do with the owner but simply all the employees that were working there that night.
