I recently visited this store and was served by one of the employees who mentioned she has been with the company the longest. While I respect her experience, unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The way my food was prepared was rushed and careless, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the store at the time. It seemed as though she was more focused on showing off to the new employee rather than providing good service.
She also mentioned upfront that there would be an additional charge for more than three sauces, which felt unnecessary, especially when I had not even started customizing my bowl. As someone who has been with the company for a while, I would have hoped she would lead by example, showing the newer staff how to engage with customers warmly and with attention to detail. Instead, the service felt lackluster and disengaged.
I’ve been a loyal customer to this place, but unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I’ll return. I hope the owner takes this feedback to heart, as customer service is key to maintaining loyal customers. It’s not just about preparing food quickly, but doing so with care and respect for those you’re serving.

While the food was ok I was quite perplexed at how my large steak burrito was the same size and weighed less then the regular.watching the guy with gloves on touch your food then touch the ordering screen was rather off putting as well. Won't be back

My partner ordered dinner for us tonight through Uber Eats and I got the box of chips and two sides of nacho cheese. I was extremely disappointed upon it arriving as the box of chips was not even half full. As well as, the two cups of nacho cheese hadn’t been secured properly and spilled all over the bag they were in. Not sure if Burrito Boyz has changed owners/management. We have ordered several times before with no issues, but will most likely not be ordering again after this experience as it’s not worth it to pay $10 for spilled and cold nacho cheese with less than 20 chips.

“I ordered a burrito bowl from Burrito Boyz, and I was really disappointed with what I received. The bowl was mostly filled with lettuce, and the other ingredients were barely there—just a few bits of what should have been a well-balanced meal. When I called to raise my concern, the staff and manager didn’t respond well at all. Instead of offering a proper solution, they told me to come back at 11:30 at night to get the credit back, which was not an appropriate response. For the price I paid, I expected better service and quality. This experience left me very unsatisfied.”
Very rude and arrogant bahaviour from the front food servers, as if they thinks they are Gordan Ramsey. Both the girl and boy working over there were speaking in their local language; I felt they were cracking jokes about me . I visited this location around 9:30 pm on 9th Oct. And met this two so called arrogant chefs. Were not pleasent at all not professional in their jobs ,won't recommend to anyone who need good food ,?????

Ordered a lrg burrito with extra 4oz chicken. As well as a Large with no extra chicken off their website and the large had as much as the one with extra chicken. Not to mention these look like the regular size. Last time going here if you order online expect them to cut corners.
