Ordered a couple burritos using their app. It never got delivered, so naturally I called the store to get it rectified. They told me:
1- can you come pick it up? No.. I ordered delivery.
2- can you order more stuff and we’ll deliver both old and new order together? What even is this suggestion?! I have to pay more delivery and service fees to order more food just so you can give me my original order??!
3- I have to call uber (whom they partner with) and ask them for a refund.
So I called uber. Waited on hold for a while, only to be told the restaurant needs to call and request the refund.
Terrible experience, they just pass the buck to their clients without bothering to make things right.. I paid money for food and service, so when I don’t get it, I shouldn’t have to do your job for you and jump through hoops to get it sorted out.
Figure it out. Terrible service. 0/10 would not recommend dealing with this store.

I’ve had burritos from many different places, but this was by far the worst. We got two burritos for takeout, and my husband said the same thing as soon as he took a bite. They were very bland and tasteless.

So I went to store as my frnd was insisting to try! Ordered chicken burrito large, quantity of chicken in large burrito and proportion of money charged is not fair at all! But chicken was dry and hard enough to chew ! Was assuming that chicken should be soft and fresh and came out different way ! Over all service good
But keep it as last option !

I recently visited Burrito Boys and had a great experience! I ordered the Naked Burrito Bowl, and it was delicious. The portion size was generous and everything tasted really well-seasoned. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming.
