Was there going over story board with video director for my new country music video and everyone was very interested in seeing what we were doing lol. Probably had 9 people ask what we doing and I told them. Was nice to meet them all???

I recommend this café as a cozy spot for hanging out, reading a book, or simply relaxing. While the coffee I tried was good but nothing particularly special, the service and cleanliness were decent. However, the atmosphere is what really stands out.

I found Cafe O to be as one of my cozy spot in KW, perfect for just chilling! Tried their latte, which was alright, nothing too fancy, but the atmosphere totally made up for it. The place feels so warm and comfortable, with cool decor adding to the cozy vibes.Definitely planning on going back to try more of their offerings and enjoy the awesome atmosphere. Can't wait for my next visit!

Best coffee in the tri-cities, you can really tell there is a depth to the cappuccinos as a result of the blend of beans. Food and pastry options are also great. I usually buy their roasted beans for home as well.

The coffee is and service are inconsistent. The sandwiches are made with cheap processed cheese, which really taints the image and experience here.

This place has a very cozy atmosphere. Because it's a small business, they really put the effort into their decor. I love coming here just to hang out and appreciate the vibe of it all.The food also tastes good, nothing incredible though. It's still very expensive for zero reason though. I could get a cookie from Tim Hortons for half the price and same taste. However, I really disliked the service. The owner-manager is very disrespectful... and if you look at the other critical reviews, clearly, I'm not the only one who think so. The manager is quite strict and rude, doesn't have manners whatsoever. The only thing keeping me from giving the service one star is the fact the employees are kind.Only reason I'd come here again is for the atmosphere.

The coffee is really good and I love the cozy atmosphere, the staff is friendly enough to accommodate my espresso drink being iced. I’d rather support a local cafe and be a regular there than a place like Starbucks, and it’s a much cozier environment too. Thank you!

Great cozy little nook that could easily replace large chain coffee shops :)

If you are looking for espresso then better look somewhere else. They have no clue how to make an espresso.

I got macha latte along with the brownie and I must say the latte wasn't the best but the vibe of the place was cosy and comforting. Do try the brownie as it was super delicious ?As soon I entered, there was a smell of burnt toast ? The dishwasher was broken so the staff served the coffee in recyclable cups.Overall good experience.
