My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary at the Charcoal hosting a family brunch there. We were in a private area for the 13 of us. Although Brunch is off the menu, we all enjoyed our meals..whether we had a delicious breakfast or lunch!You can't go wrong at the Charcoal!

We had a group of 6 people Saturday 05-Mar-22 for a 6:00pm reservation at the Charcoal steak house. We order drinks, which all came one at a time. We then placed our order for our food which would have been approx 6:20 at this time, at approx 7:05 our waiter informed us that our order had not been put in and he had just sent it to the kitchen. At 7:45 our food started arriving, again one plate at a time. 4 of us had ordered the pasta bowl and when we asked for cheese and bread, the waiter brought over 2 pcs of bread and a very small container of cheese which he put in front of one of the person who had ordered pasta. My food came last and it was room temperature basically cold. We finished eating at approx 8:05, at which time the waiter started clearing the table and did not ask if we wanted anything else, just asked how the bill were going to be split and left to get the bills. It was good that our company was good because the experience was not. I'm not sure if this was a problem with the waiter or the kitchen, but I will not be going back to the Charcoal steak house.

Our server tonite was Angelina. She is FANTASTIC! Dinner was AMAZING! Our celebration place to go is always Del's. Never disappointed. Best martinis too!Thank you!

I reached out to the Charcoal Group for a gift card and had a great experience. Calling from Ottawa I was introduced to David Ambrose the G.M. who was most helpful and pleasant, the transaction was easy and given the gift was for a special occasion he kindly offered to deliver it! Now that is what I call service. Thank you David, if I'm ever in the KW region I know where I'll be going to eat!
