The food was delicious. The vegetables were cooked well , not under or over cooked. The steak was excellent. The mashed potatoes could have been presented better. If you wanted something extra eg rolls there was an extra charge. Over all I would definitely recommend eating at the Charcoal Steak House.

Our server was outstanding, courteous but not “in your face” every five minutes. We had a couple of small request that she respected perfectly - the steak dinner was excellent but the marinated pickerel was a disappointment. Good to the taste but the description didn't match the plate. We're still going back😊

The wild mushroom bisque was unreal! The service was fantastic! My wife and I ordered one to share and our server took the time to bring it out in two bowls so we didn't have to slide a bowl back and forth. Very thoughtful! We will be back for sure!!

I organise our annual neighbourhood holiday party and our group enjoys the Charcoal Steakhouse for our gatherings. This past Saturday was no exception; the food was excellent, the atmosphere festive and the staff exceptionally well-prepared! As a group that is typically around 28-32 guests, it can be challenging to please all, but your team never disappoints. We are grateful to have a high quality, community-focused restaurant to host us each year. A very special shout out to Zahra for making our event memorable, and for all the delicious food and outstanding service! We looking forward to coming back soon.
