Today we enjoyed lunch at the Charcoal sitting by the fireplace. We were so impressed with the quality of service. Everyone was attentive and really seemed to care about our experience. Our leftovers were carefully packed up for us, which was a touch we very much appreciated. Today the Charcoal did everything right, and we will absolutely return ———- Dinner on the Charcoal covered patio was an awesome location for our table of eight, celebrating a milestone birthday. We received excellent service and food, were not rushed at all.

I didn’t believe the hype for this restaurant and avoided it for a few years, I went for the first time with my wife last night, we ordered the ribeye and salmon dishes. Absolutely incredible, won’t be going anywhere else for this type of food

Went out for dinner here and my fiancé ordered a full rack of ribs, but there was only initially five ribs that came with it, after speaking up about it the manager then added 2 more ribs.
We have been here many times in the past and the ribs have been amazing, however, this time they were clearly not a full rack and it just feels like things have changed. Very disappointing.
When we questioned the server, she said that a full rack was 5 ribs & a 1/2 rack was three - Which was news to us. Won’t be back.

Had an amazing pre Valentines dinner here this evening. Our server Cora was phenomenal- sweet, attentive, and maintained a great flow throughout our dinner. The food was excellent, hot, and there was great pacing between courses. Ambience was cozy and romantic. Can’t wait to return!

The food is exceptional, the other reason why I’m giving it a one star is because of the staff there. There is this one waitress who is older, greyish very short hair, and the service from that lady was disappointing and disgusting. Not only did I have one glass one wine but as for another this lady told me “I think you’re good” in a rude tone. She also didn’t allow me to take any pictures with my friends and family, and said “that’s enough”. The food the ambiance of the restaurant amazing. I’m sad to say it was just utterly ruined by this ladies service. I wish I remembered her name, but if you get this lady as for another server. Absolutely disappointing.
The food was delicious. The vegetables were cooked well , not under or over cooked. The steak was excellent. The mashed potatoes could have been presented better. If you wanted something extra eg rolls there was an extra charge. Over all I would definitely recommend eating at the Charcoal Steak House.

Absolutely loved this place. Recently went there for late dinner. The food is just perfect 👌❤️ My husband got the Wagyu, and he absolutely loved it. I had to order a vegan dish (Tataki chickpea) that day due to food restrictions, and I absolutely didn't expect a lot considering it was a steakhouse. To my surprise, that dish was so freaking yummy, in a fancy way!!!
