Waited 10 minutes by the sign saying wait to be seated. Watched 2 servers by the bar chat with each other the whole time, we arrived after the dinner rush so not busy and they saw us come in but never came to seat us. It looked like a cool place but given we were ignored I can only assume the service is abysmal. Ended up at Montana’s across the street and were seated immediately.

Was there with my friends on Sunday night , to watch the Patriots and Bills Game , our server Mia , was amazing very outgoing and friendly, it was her second shift at Chicago’s , but she was very professional and always had a smile on her face when she served us and was very nice and easy to talk too , Thank you so much Mia for serving us , and see you again soon !!!

I play here on monday nights for pool. Tonight I tried a new menu item, the BBQ chicken flatbread and it was really good! Server Dan was excellent.
Chicago’s pub and billiards is a great atmospher, the staff is extremely friendly. I recommend going here to play pool, eat , drink .

The staff is responsive, the food quality is great with generous portions. My favorite is their rack of ribs. They also have a well-maintained pool tables which is low-cost entertainment.
