Chicago's Pizza Twist

A friend and I got the one topping small lunch deals. Pretty bad pizza. Barely any cheese, low quality sauce, low quality dough that seemed almost stale. We both felt sick after eating. Service was very good but come on guys, are you really cheaping out that hard on your product? It was almost $10 for such a tiny, low quality pizza.

We order and paid for a large pizza on August 23,2025 at 22:36. This is what we got. It's just embarrassing. This was our first time trying it and definitely wouldn't be coming back. Extremely disappointed. We were trying to support local, but that shouldn't means you are being scammed by fraudulent advertising. Please br careful if getting pizza from here.

We were very disappointed with order. We ordered a large pizza and size of the pozza looked very disappointing on top of that tops were hard present. Plus the quality is super poor.

ordered the veggie pizza, which was supposed to include mushrooms, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and an Indian twist. However, it only came with onions, tomatoes, and cilantro, the tomatoes were spoiled and had a bad smell, and even the base tasted very strange.

Worst Pizza Experience in Kitchener-Waterloo
I had a really bad experience with this pizza. The cheese didn’t taste fresh at all, and shortly after eating it, I felt nauseous. Definitely not recommended if you want good quality and a safe meal.

I order large pizza today to pick up, from max backer kitchener location ,I came home and see it was medium, when I call girl said large is 14 inches pizza, she sold 12 inches in large box, I went there showed her, I measured it it was 12 inches, advise always open the box there and check what size is in the box, I disappointed this time I have picture with measuring tape. They need training how to do customer service.

Tried the Achari Paneer Pizza at Chicago Pizza Twist and loved it!
The flavors were unique – tangy and mildly spicy, just like achari masala should be. The paneer was soft and well-marinated, and the crust was cooked perfectly with a nice balance of crisp and chew. Definitely something different from the usual pizzas and worth trying if you like bold Indian flavors.

I have tried chicken pizza and i have noticed that there were soybean chunks instead of chicken.

Tried the veggie pizza and was pleasantly surprised by its unique flavor—different from the usual pizzas that come with tomato sauce. The taste was distinctive and delicious.

The staff were kind and respectful while taking the order, and the pizza was prepared promptly, even as a walk-in.

There’s no dedicated dining area, but a few chairs are available for waiting. Overall, a great experience for a quick, tasty bite.

Worst pizza experience, we ordered pizza as usual and when we opened the pizza box half the pizza slices had little to no cheese on it. When I brought it back to bring to their attention that it was not satisfactory the lady asked me if it was my first time having pizza and that ALL pizza looks like this. Absolutely rude and someone needs to teach them customer service. I showed her exactly on the multiple slices there was no cheese just little sauce and she finally agreed to compensating 4 new slices. 0/10 would not recommend or return.

Ordered via uber and found two long hair inside the pizza. Disgusting and appalling looks like they dont take food safety seriously. I am forwarding this complaint to region of Waterloo.
