The food here was really good and to top it off we had the best worker that helped us throughout the whole experience. His name was James and he was so nice and funny. His service was amazing!!

Leaving this review to give a big shout out to Dalia at the drive thru (and all drive through staff)! I appreciate you guys putting so much effort and hardworking despite being out in the cold ! (I'm aware there seems to be a heater provided but, the window is open almost always so I don't imagine it gets too warm. Thank u for ur service! And great job Dalia! Food is also fresh and nice!

This place is fantastic. The dining area is roomy and clean. Food is fresh and tasty. The server brings food to your table and refuses tips . Vow.

I was shocked when I was treated poorly here when usually the service is phenomenal. I hadn’t visited in a while, but came on November 25th around 4pm. It’s to the point I don’t want to visit this location again. I wanted to pay partially with the loonies and toonies I had (no smaller change than that), and the rest on my card. I organized the coin for the lady who wore glasses in red as the other person who was working at the drive thru said something like she wasn’t sure how to process the payment that way? I explained I had no other cards on me and apologized for the inconvenience. The supervisor gave me the most disgusted judgemental look as she asked if i had any other cards. i apologized and said no, she took the change seeming frustrated with me… I was extremely patient with them and thanked them multiple times as they took a while to process the transaction. Once she brought out the food she barely even looked at me, handed it over and was unresponsive when I thanked them AGAIN and told them to have a good day. Then interaction definitely hurt my mood for the rest of that day.

This franchise restaurant has pretty good service and speed of the drive-thru can be jammed up at times that chicken is as good as any other chicken restaurant. The sauce is what makes the meal
