We ordered 3 combos consisting of 2 regular chicken sandwiches an 8 piece chicken nuggets 3 waffle fries and 3 drinks through the drive thru. We were asked to park in one of the reserved for drive thru spots. Once the employee brought the food, she walked away, and I didn't think to check the bag because that's their job. Unfortunately, when we got home, one of the sandwiches was missing. I called wanting them to adjust my payment, but the employee on the phone said she was the team lead and she gave me three options but all three would require me to go back, and I wasn't about to do that because it was dark and snowing. I know this won't stop anyone from going there, but just make sure you ask the person handing you your food to wait until you make sure you got everything you ordered. I for one won't be going back..

One and only Chick-fil-A in Kitchener-Waterloo region. They have curbside pickup, dining, Patio area and located in prime fairway area and everyone loves their chicken and chick-fil-A sauce. Overall, great fast food restaurant.

Tell me why twice now I have ordered delivery from this location and had 5+ uber drivers LEAVE and have to cancel our order because it hasn't been ready in over an hour?
Do not recommend. Absolutely awful service. No answers each time and ultimately no food either.

Food was tasty just the portions need to increase it was not value for money as i was still hungry. Customer service was good and the person serving us also was very polite .

While taking my order thru drive thru, they told me to hold on - left me there for a good 2 minutes...
while taking the order next to me that came AFTER ME.

So I left and went to MCD

One of the best Crispy Chicken Salad I've had in a long time.
We enjoyed their patio which, thankfully, is shaded in the late afternoon.
Very busy location which I hear is the norm for this chain!
