The food prep seemed rushed and insufficient. The bbq sauce wasn't evenly distributed on the chicken, the fries didn't taste fresh and the same dishes were prepared far better at other locations. I'll spread the word not to dine here

Went for supper last night Friday Nov 15 at 6:30 pm. We ordered 2 appetizers which were good and came out quick. And then we ordered our food and it came out and wasn’t what we asked for. But we couldn’t let anyone know because our waiter was too busy talking at other tables and didn’t bother to come check on how our food was. $82 wasted on food we didn’t even like…. Most likely won’t return.

I ordered a pickup order and they got my order wrong and there was a small piece of plastic in my burger than I ended up finding in my mouth. Very unpleased

After a long day of moving we decided to head out and look for a place to eat in our new surroundings. We see chucks and decide wth let's try this budget joint. First the manager took us to take a literally threw menus on table without speaking one word!! The most indifferent server took out order...at this point we were regretting our decision to eat there. The food came quickly and it was hot... although the food was less than mediocre it was the best part. Nobody came back to offer drink refills or check on our food. Our miserable server also threw bill on table without asking if we wanted anything else. Honestly we were stunned at the whole experience...if we weren't so pissed we would have been laughing at what a horrible joke it was. Brooke you were by far the worst server we have EVER had. And chucks....well i wouldn't go back if you offered to pay me to eat there. Lesson learned you get what you pay for we won't ever try at a cheap low budget dump again.

Good service affordable price for drinks and food as well especially after 9pm half price appetisers are awesome recommend place and server “Eros” done a excellent job very nice service and good behaviour to customer

I don't know how anyone thinks this is good steak. Cheap cuts,bad service, never cooked properly. I've tried it here about 4 times always giving it another chance . Never again! Should be called UPCHUCKS

***UPDATE****They chucks contacted me (head office) and they made it right. I would recommend chucks, just not this location!

Poor Food and Standards GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Went here for a beverage with family and got a few apps at half price. The nachos are usuaully awesome but they were very poor
They were cold and not a lot of cheese or other tops on it and also the chips were mostly little pieces (broken). We also order cassiadias and they were cold and not a lot of taste. The steak bites were burnt and well done (didnt even ask us how we like them). Very poor!

The wings however were very good. 1 out of 4, do better.

Then when we were done and asked for a take out container, the waitress advised that they dont give out take out containers because its half price apps. So they rather throw out the food. The hard times we are in and this is what their policies are. Well maybe this should be stated before you order and on the menue where it states half price apps. Very very poor management.

There are way better places to visit then this place. Go somewhere else!

Went there for my twins birthday dinners with their grandma’s. I have been to Chucks before so I knew what the menu would have. We went at 6:30 on Thursday night and the sound was unusually load for the hour. I understand having the sound on loud for hockey or football games and evening ambiance but one would expect a little quieter at “dinner time” so one could be heard across the table. Be that as it may I now know not to go for a tolerable volume level.
The food though not great was pretty good. Everyone ate their potions with no problems. All food came at the same time. Our waitress was attentive, “we brought in a birthday cake “ which she later brought out with candles lit.
I’ll give this location a3.5 score and I will come back for a beverage and a burger because you can’t beat the prices. I wonder how the franchisee has any profitable margins, but that’s a conversation for later.
Give them a try, I have been to 3 locations and all were the same. Order the roast beef hero/sandwich but leave the grandmas at home !

Wheelchair accessibility: Right at the front door, so maybe you could bring the grandma’s!

Wouldn’t give us a container to take home the food I paid for.

We were there for a birthday dinner, a party of 12. They were very accommodating, the food was great and the staff were good! Beautiful location! Not as noisy as other locations I've been to!

Dietary restrictions: They were accommodating to my allergies!

Kid-friendliness: Great space for kids! I brought a few party toys to keep the kids entertained. They got up to move around after a while but had plenty of space that they weren't in anyone's way!

Burgers are great. Service well above par. Prices are fantastic. $11 pitchers, and half price apps after nine is singing songs of savings and I am digging their tune! The only thing keeping this place from 5 stars is the loud environment, as there is little in the way of sound barriers in the dining area.
