I ordered spinach and goat cheese dip and it took over 30 minutes just for it to get to me. It came cold and the bread was rock hard and brown then I asked them to remake it and the just gave me the old cold dip and new raw bread never coming back again !

I was not attended to, without explanation. Restaurant with people having lunch and no one answered the reception. After 10 minutes without service, I was seen twice by the service staff, waitress. I don't recommend it, no respect for the customer.

The food is decent, it's not the keg and they don't season their stake particularly well but you get good portions and the price is very fair. All three times I have gone the service was great friendly and quick . Good place for a date

I've been to many chucks in the past. But this one seemed to be the best 1. I've been to so far. The service was even better and the atmosphere wasn't like everyone in the room was screaming at me. It didn't echo like the other locations. I've been to I highly recommend you go to this Location.I am about to order chucks right now for my son's birthday.I can let you know how the take out goes.

I have stopped in the afternoon at the Highland Rd location a few times for a couple drinks and have sat either at the bar or a table close by the bar. Unless you're a regular patron there then you'll be highly disappointed with the service you will receive from the daytime bartender/server. I was usually waiting up to 10 minutes to get my order. I don't know her name but she is more concerned with serving and/or socializing with the regulars then she is of taking care of the non-regulars. When she did finally come over to take my order she would end up serving more of the regulars before I finally get my order. Highly disappointing service to say the least.

The waiter spilt an entire tray of beer on my husband and I, we were soaked. When I ordered my dinner I stated I have a severe dairy allergy, he said he would confirm with the kitchen that my order was dairy free. Instead of doing that, he delivered everyone at our table their dinner and forgot mine. When everyone was almost done eating he finally brought mine (never assuring me it was dairy free). Then he brought my husband and I each a "complimentary dessert" - which I could not eat because of my dairy allergy. When the bills came to our table, he had our bill wrong, so "fixed it" and again it was wrong, charging me for 2 glasses of wine when I only had 1. We went home reeking of beer, I now have to wash our winter coats and all of our clothes we wore. Our boots are also soaked in beer. I would think that Chucks would have given us a discount on our bill for the trouble of sitting through our night wet and cold with beer soaked clothes, waiting for my meal while everyone else at our table ate and then being offered a dessert that we did not order AND I couldn't eat. Not impressed - and our waiter told us that he is the General Manager. I understand accidents happen - but that was a lot of them made all within one visit.

Look. This isn’t a gastro pub. You don’t go for steak and lobster, you go for chilli cheese fries, nachos, $4 beer and $6 whisky. I can get drunk and fed for $27, which means the awesome waitstaff (lookin at you Angela) get a generous tip.Eat the mush, drink the foam, shut the pie hole. Everyone’s havin a good time ?

The fries are great (I am pretty picky about them), the burger was tasty and filling. I would have rated the food better, but the pickle and onion on the burger looked like they were sitting out for hours and were starting to wilt.The server was great, friendly and attentive. They even went out of there way and got my friend a birthday treat for her birthday! (Very kind)The place was clean, and inviting.Parking: Parking was right next to the restaurant.
