Everytime time I go they’re always out of the product I want, either the ice machine is broken or they don’t have the base. So disappointing do not recommend going to this location, the Waterloo one is better

I accidently ordered the wrong cinnamkn roll on the menu, and the server packed it up. When I realized my mistake, the server offered to throw in the correct one for free. "It's on me," he said. What kindness! He really went the extra mile.

The owner was there and yelled at me for being to close to the glass so we decided to not eat there and went to conestoga instead I suggest everyone do the same

Every time i come to this location they don’t have what i’m looking for. Every once in a while i get a craving for the cinnamon sticks, and every time i leave disappointed. They NEVER make enough for the day, and not once have i been offered to wait while they make some (i always order 4 orders of 5 sticks), which would be the logical thing to do. I don’t know if it’s because this store seems to be staffed exclusively by teenagers that may not have very much customer service experience or what, but there’s never even an apology. Always just an heir of “too bad, we’re all out”. Very disappointed in this location.
