I’ve visited this coffee place several times before and usually overlooked small mistakes, like missing sugar or sauce, because those things happen and aren’t a big deal. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing.
My husband and I stopped by during our lunch break, hoping to enjoy a good meal and some quality time together. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly. When we entered, the staff seemed completely unbothered — no greeting, no smile, nothing. After waiting about five minutes, someone finally took our order, but we weren’t told to take a seat or that our food would be brought to the table.
At other Coffee Culture locations, food is served at the table, but here the barista made us stand at the counter and handed the food to us. When we asked if we could sit, she seemed annoyed.
We ordered two cappuccinos. Only one was brought to the table, and it didn’t have sugar even though I had asked for it. The second coffee never arrived until my husband had to go and ask for it himself. When he finally got it, it was missing the cocoa powder on top.
I understand that working in the food industry can be stressful and mistakes happen, but consistently getting orders wrong and showing no basic customer service isn’t acceptable. We ended up wasting about 40 minutes just trying to get our order right, which was very frustrating and a waste of both time and money.
I hope they improve their service because the experience really ruined what should have been a simple, enjoyable lunch.

The atmosphere here is great, it's a nice place to meet a friend at or just to hang out at for a bit. Classic coffee shop vibs. However, the baked goods leave a lot to be desired. They definitely feel like they're made off-site and brought in, neither the quality nor the freshness scene great. Their sandwiches are better but nothing special.

Ordered a cappuccino and it was terrible. Tasted burnt. And why are there no outlets available to plug anything in? Weird for a coffee shop.

Refused to serve my gf and I cause we wouldn’t switch to a small table! This was cause we were “only two people” and this was singled out to us despite three other booths with “only 2 people” as the owner phrased it! Never coming back again

I visited this Coffee Culture more than a few times. Food is tasty. Staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant is always clean, often lots of seats available. Air conditioned in summer.

I can't say anything about the food since I only drank herbal tea, however the staff was very kind and the vibe was peaceful at around 8-9 pm. Maybe if another time I visit, I may update my review.

This place has a super cozy inside and the staff are nice enough, I know working in food retail is rough, it's the food that just kills me.

I ordered a piri piri chicken wrap and the flavour was good, but the lettuce vs EVERYTHING else ratio was craaaazy.

The whole wrap had like 5 pieces of chicken and some broken up bacon bits and then like 5000 pounds of lettuce. I know grocery prices have skyrocketed, but that's so overboard, and I know they aren't even paying grocery store prices anyway. If I'm paying 12 dollars for a CHICKEN wrap, I'd like some actual meat in there.

Anyway, unless you want a lettuce wrap with a ghostly amount of anything else, maybe try the soup.

Good place to chat and study in downtown. I found myself often when I was studying in Conestoga. The menu is not that great to be honest it just better to sit here rather than Tim’s.
