I’ve been to this location multiple times as I come in to this plaza for medical appointments often. ( coming from an hour away) this is my usual go to spot. However, yesterday I wanted the berry smoothie and was craving something sweet. At first glance the show case was very empty not what it usually was - red velvet cheesecake - brownies, a couple apple danishes and a couple cookies is all they had. I decided to go for the brownie. At $5.75 for a brownie I expect it to be half decent. While waiting for my smoothie I took a bite of the brownie. Immediately I could tell it was old. This was not fresh by any means. I brought it up to the girl who was making my smoothie and I tried to do this in the most polite and quiet way to not embarrass them- however she told me “it’s just frozen I just pulled it out of the freezer- I can warm it up” I said no as the product is still old and I’m going to just throw it out. I’m a baker and have been for 10+ years and know when a product is well past its best before date. She was not budging. Normally I don’t like this type of confrontation but why am I going to throw out $5.75. I asked for her managers number and she said I could just come back. Again, I live from out of town - and why would the customer come back to rectify their OLD product. I said I would not be coming back which is when she finally said she would give me my money back in cash ( even tho I paid on debit). Just wild to me that they’re serving old product and it’s up to me to fix the situation. I definitely will never come back to this location.

So I ordered a Chai Latte and the barista gave me a boiled milk instead and to be honest I would have been if it wasn’t $6.55.

a cozy spot with a nice atmosphere. The coffee and food are pretty good, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that sometimes there are leftover dishes on the tables from previous customers. I usually end up clearing them myself, which isn’t a big deal, but it would be nice if the place was a bit tidier.
The staff are friendly and the overall vibe is great, so it’s still a nice place to hang out. Just a little more attention to cleaning would make it even better!

We know the place from earlier visits. Today we hit in a very unfriendly waiter at the counter.
All small tables were occupied so we asked if we could use one of the larger round tables. The lady denied. So we placed our order and said, she should please wait with coffee and bagels until a table will be free for us. As the lady started right off with coffee etc., we asked again to wait a moment until a table would be free. She denied again very unfriendly and said she can not wait. As we did not want to have our meal cold, we canceled our order. At that moment one of the guests who obiouly had followed the scene said he will leave so that a table became free. So we asked the waiteress she could go on with our earlier order. She refused and turned to annother customer who had just come in. So we left the place.

An 11$ chicken prosciutto panning with provolone cheese just showed up at my table with a kraft single on it instead of provolone. Wtf. Why does a place with sandwiches this ridiculously expressive even have kraft singles. Service bucks prices keep going up. Just eat at home

I was at the cafe this morning , there was so many customers and the blond young lady was amazing trying to serve each one of us with beautiful smile and efficient wish I remember her name but I’m sure she knows because I mentioned to her I’m going to write a review about her to show my appreciation ?

I had coffee and pastry. Seems to be one of the best I have had in recent times.
