Been here a few times, can be a hit or miss. Food quality is inconsistent - one time, we had a pretty solid power breakfast sandwich and a decent latte, and yet, a week later, the same sandwich was soggy, the mocha was indistinguishable from the regular coffee (and both tasted burnt). Definitely wish that the Boardwalk had more cafe options.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian sandwich options

My wife and I dropped in here to have a coffee and a wrap. There was a hair in the coffee and we asked to have it replaced, the server was like that is not their hair, but it wasn’t ours too, no apologies nothing. Then she serves our latte without a saucer, but we were followed by 2 other couple who were white and she treated them very differently than she did for us. I went to them and asked for hot sauce and one them said they have none and the other came in and slammed a hot sauce on the counter and walked away. I never post a bad comment for businesses, but this place needs a better “culture”. We are in 2024, can’t believe people are treated differently cause they look different. Absolutely ridiculous.

The chai latte I ordered was basically steamed milk and the muffin was dry and likely days old.Unfriendly staff and were annoyed when I asked for a dash of cinnamon on my latte.Kitchener could learn a thing or two from the Cambridge location.

My visit to Coffee Culture Café & Eatery at the Boardwalk location was fantastic. The coffee was top-notch, with rich flavors that exceeded my expectations. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it a welcoming spot to relax and enjoy some downtime. Overall, I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a comfortable environment.

Always a lovely experience going to this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious (especially the wraps, sandwiches and decadent cake slices!). Lots of cozy places to sit with a down-to-earth atmosphere, including outside patio when the weather is warmer. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice ambient place for coffee or meals with friends.Parking: Tons of parking as it is in a gigantic plaza.
A good place for a relaxed visit with a friend. I was a bit disappointed with my hot chocolate - too sugary/sweet.

Service was average. Atmosphere was nice. Had a cappuccino which was not great for the price. Probably would not go back.

Would have given no stars if it was an option, the customer service was awful, they wouldn't replace a drink that they had made wrong, don't ever go

Website and store hours say closed at 10pm. My husband and I went in for a hot beverage and desert at 7:45pm. First we were told to pay by cash as the machine may not be working . No problem , things happen. However , she then said we close at 8pm. We said that the store sign and the website say 10pm. Response was “ head office wants me to close at 10 , but I close at 8 because I don’t make much money between 8 and 10.. We left . Not sure what the other patrons in the store will feel like when she tells them to leave in 15 min.
