I dropped in Sunday morning to pick up a cake for my granddaughters birthday.The young employee that was on staff was a very refreshing change from the lackluster customer service I see at many fast food restaurants.
He was friendly,communicated well and very efficient.Good on you for training,and keeping kids such as him ,it reflects well on the business and it's ownership as well as the happy customers, I am one!

came in yesterday for thanksgiving and Tiffany was such a huge help, giant line and she was making the icecreams, she was quick and efficient! and my ice cream was delicious!!

Slowest DQ I've ever been too!! We waited half an hr for 2 blizzards and a scor caramel brownie cupfection... 2 people working on a Sunday when the sun is shining... But no one seems to be moving quickly

Waited 10 minutes for 2 blizzards while there is like 4 people working in the front. One of the blizzards was the wrong one. And then when I recieved my smores after being given a smarties, it had like 3 pieces of chocolate. The other one had no cheesecake in it. So it was just vanilla with chocolate.
