This location has been generally subpar in terms of toppings/mixing for blizzards BUUUUUT I got one tonight and lil man mixed it perfectly and looked so rightfully proud!

I was helped by Tiffany yesterday, I had questions about a burger and she helped me out and started giving me recommendations. So nice to see teens work so hard!

The value of a business is from the product sold but most important often overlooked the employees that represent it.
Never is it more true than this Dairy Queen store served by Sarah a wonderful woman that greets you and goes beyond the normal customer service.
I remember decades ago as a bank loan manager my female staff had to tell me who has come into branch but not this lady Sarah that recognized me even after I was just there once.
Employers must recognize their special people as they are so important.

The atmosphere was incredible. From the speed at which Nicolas and Riley (the workers who took our orders) delivered our blizzards, to the positive attitude and well mannered service provided, everything made the experience memorable.

The cashier was very rude, not welcoming at all. I could tell she didn’t wanna be there at work. Was making faces while helping us and suddenly being the nicest person on the planet with the customer after us. She simply destroyed the brand reputation in few mins.

My husband got me cake from here and we had some issues with the cake tasting off. The manager Dave replaced our cake and even offered an upgrade. Great customer service here and I am satisfied with how our situation was handled!

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and I asked for a photo on the cake but they just put plain printed paper on instead of the edible photo I asked for.

Abby, the store manager went above and beyond to ensure our Uber Order was corrected (due no not their error) was kind, informative and helpful. Unheard off customer service in 2024, cannot speak highly enough about her.
